Went a week a go with my sister and cousin to buy my sister her Christmas gift and over heard a worker named Dani telling other workers to follow us. We literally couldnt turn around without bumping into her and other workers. Everytime we picked up a product to smell she would ask if we were going to be buying it. I left to take my 3 year old to the potty and came back to my sister clearly upset she couldnt shop comfortably enough to find what shes been looking for. I went to find the manager to let her know the experience we had and how it was uncomfortable to shop at the store and that i had money and didnt need to steal anything. She literally made me feel more uncomfortable by laughing at the situation and sayinf basically oh well. She was rude and very unprofessional. Im a military spouse who just moved from a place that didnt have a bath and body in that state cause it was so remote and to get here to a place that had one just down the street from my house i was excited till i went in a was treated very horrible by both employees and the manager. They racially profiled me and when i called them out they had no problem bot hiding it NEVER SHOPPING AT THE STORE THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

Your return policy is total joke. Need be reworked for someone that as a deadly allergic to all of your products or the fragrance. Where you can get cash back. I have called, I have done everything to get this resolved this, I cant get no where and no one will work with me. So Im stuck with a gift I cant use. Your company return policy is a nightmare to deal with. Im pretty much strewed over this and Ill have to just through away the product. Ill want do go some where else and get something I can use.

This place was a total joke never in my life have I ever been treated so bad. This stores managers and workers were following us around the store. The manager was very disrespectful and believe me I would never shop here again. I would rather drive to another city before I would give these people my money.
