The selection of clothing and books can be good, but you pay more here than at other thrift stores, sometimes absurdly more. The term "name-brand" is used loosely and carries a premium price tag, even though the clothes may be used and the style outdated. The furniture section is usually pathetic. Clothing and books are their strength. The books are well organized and easier to browse than other thrift stores. Donations earn you a nominal discount, usually 5%-20% off, which when you do the math it seems like a joke to save 50 cents on a purchase when theyre making $50 off a bag of clothes you just donated.

Large, great clothing selection plus furniture, housewares, books, shoes and much more. Great prices, many, many name brand items. I love shopping here for me and my kids, always a large selection. Big Bonus is unlike Deseret Industries who helps their own members/people, savers helps big brother/big sister club/program for kids! Great place for many items and huge selection!!! Highly recommended!

Recycle, repurpose, and reuse. There should be more store likes this around and store.like this should be more popular than a brand new store. I always find exactly what I meed and based on "used" prices I never spend more than fifty dollars when I am here. Although given the perfect budget. I could easily spend hundreds. Also donations are tax write offs. How great is that?

When I used to work at KFC I would always stop by and see if they had anything good, I needed a suit for my mission and I found an Italian Dillards suit for 99 cents, and it was in incredible condition! Every time I go there I always find something good, you just have to look! Thanks savers!

If youre looking for some cheap clothes, this is the place for you. Wide selection of all types of clothing ranging from gym shorts to dress shoes. Wide selection in both mens and womens sections. This store is great to check out once a week as they are constantly bringing in new items.

I have been shopping here for the past three years. I have loved it up until of late, the prices are seriously getting out of hand, a raggedy old pair of pants is $20 and sweaters are $15 in the summer? I would highly recommend going to the savers in Layton over this one.

The staff is helpful, and they do get a nice selection of clothes and household items. However, I liked Savers better when they did not charge 3/4 the cost of new items. These are things they got FOR FREE! For the difference, I will buy it new and wear it out myself!

Good points: they employ people in need, they offer decent prices for a thrift store, and they say they give about 15% of their earnings to charity. Bad points: only 15% given to charity, building is shabby and dirty, prices are high compared to other thrift stores.

This establishment has become very over priced. Name brand anything is ridiculous. They used to give 30% off coupons every time you donated and now you have to donate 10 times to get that. Ill shop at other thrift shops before I go to savers.

By far not the best thrift store Ive ever been to. The prices are a little high considering its secondhand stuff, and its not like its better quality than what youd find at any other thrift store. Id go again because deals are deals.

Clean and pretty fairly priced on items except childrens clothing (NOT paying$8 for infant jeans )and outer wear. Its May one would think they would have priced jackets low but no. $14 for a sweater or jacket???

Recycle your goods to benefit The Boys and Girls Club and buy gently used items at a fraction of the cost. Thrift store shopping with a mall selection. Savers is where I shop to save time and money.

I dont particularly like Savers, but this one is really gross. Smells aweful as well. Poor quality of clothes and toys. If you like Savers, try the Layton Savers, much more upscale.

Usually a good selection and once in a while great buys. I do feel some items overpriced and a few dollars short of buying them new. I have save money shopping here.

They have a better selection of books than most thrift stores. Other than that, the only thing that you get better than other places is holiday decorations.

One of the consistently less-good thrift stores around in terms of finding worthwhile stuff. Their cost for used books is outrageously high.

I donated a carload of stuff. They took everything and it felt great to give it away. The man working there was really friendly.

It is what it is for a thrift store...though not very thrift store pricing...not very organized
