The worst return policy and customer service of all time. I bought a $180 coat and changed my mind. Tried to take back and was told I couldnt because it was just barely past the 30 day mark. Had the tags still attached and the receipt. I was told I couldnt even get a store credit card. Other similar retailers like Anthropologie are much more accommodating (can take anything back at any time). Definitely spending my money there and never again at J Crew.
