Disappointed with the delivery on my order today. Why have it for a scheduled time if they are not going to make the scheduled time. still have not received my refund. Its been 10 business days. Every time I call the customer service number I keep getting told different things about how the cancellation has been processed. Its not even the money that has me frustrated at this point. Now its the run around I keep getting.

This is the 3rd time I have received an arrangement from the Flower Patch. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but none of the arrangements have lasted longer than a week. I could understand if it happened once, but 3 different times with 3 different types of flowers. Very disappointing. Ive told my husband and parents to order from a different shop next time.

I couldnt be there for my daughters shower. WI to UT delivery. Tried to match her wedding colors and they did an absolutely beautiful job. She about cried when she received them and said several times how beautiful they were. Thanks again. Flower Patch for allowing me to attend in spirit so beautifully.

Worst florist in Ogden! I have used Flower Patch at their other locations and have always been very pleased. I have received many arrangements from the Ogden store and each time I was given flowers that were wilting and bruised. Such a huge disappointment, I will never order flowers from them again!

Thank you! They smelled very good and looked cute. My husband LOVED them. My only complaint is that I wanted it delivered between 12-2 when he would be there, but it was delivered before 11am before he got there. But otherwise it was great!

Drove 30 minutes to buy a rose from here for my anniversary. Online says there open till 8. Bull**** they close at 7 and not a sole in site I got there by 7:04. Waste of my time!

Arrangement was beautiful and on-time! They even sent me a picture the morning of delivery of the arrangement so that I could see how it turned out before they delivered it.
