TERRIBLE SERVICE, WRONG FLOWERS! I chose a bouquet online with a purple vase and a nice assortment of purple and blue flowers. When I called to order it I was informed that generally they did not have what was displayed online. Strange, but okay. I ordered a bouquet and specifically asked for PURPLE flowers and NO ROSES. What was delivered was a pink and white assortment that included 1/2 a dozen roses. When I called to ask about this apparent mix up the person I spoke with made it out like it was my fault and made one excuse after another. I politely told them I would take my business elsewhere and then they told me they would have offered credit but "since I went there" they would not. I did not want nor would I have accepted store credit. I was going leave it at that but when my fiancee brought the card home it didnt even say what I had asked and that was the final straw and the reason for this review, my first ever. You should be ashamed of yourselves Floral Cottage, the message was meant to convey something special and you blew it.

Do not order flowers online from this place! What you see on the image is nothing like what gets delivered. The owner was very rude to me when i asked about it. I should have paid more attention to the other ratings here before using this store. Im surprised they are still in business...

Online ordering was easy and even though I ordered the day before mothers day, and was ok with them going out 2 days later, a lady called me and asked if I wanted it delivered today. I was very happy about how accommodating this company was! The flowers were beautiful!

I had a great experience! I contacted them via telephone about flowers for my girlfriend on the day of her birthday. I asked for something simple, natural with a "touch of Montana" and I received exactly what they promised - with a smile to boot!

The beautiful bouquet online looks nothing like what was delivered! For $50 I would expect a little more than three roses and a couple of carnations.
