Every time I come to this location it is always a terrible experience. Customer service needs some serious work... I just had a baby so I called the store to see if they had the color in stock I needed (because they usually never have any when I get there) she said no. I ended up needing some shampoo so I went down there and sure enough there were 4 tubes of the color I was looking for. When I told the employee I called about an hour ago and someone told me they had no color, and I found 4 tubes she just laughed. Its extremely frustrating as a stylist when you have to miss out on money because someone told you they dont have a color they had plenty of. I shouldnt have to drive to the store and find out for myself they actually had the color. It makes me wonder how many times they have done this to me. I wont be returning to this location. I wish the manager would put any sort of thought into employees when hiring. And I wouldnt return to cosmo prof if they werent the only supply that carried the color line I needed.

This store is absolutely horrible, every time I go in the girls have no customer service they are rude when you ask questions about products. I use this store to buy all my professional hair products and its horrible to go into a store that dont treat the customers with respect we fund this business with are career. The manager has an attitude every time Ive gone into this store and Im there at least three times a week. Ive spoken about this subject with all the girls in my salon and they feel the exact same way. This store needs better customer service and product knowledges. I own my own business and I would never allow the lack of education and customer service in my shop. Its been this way for years and at this point I hope something is done at this store because I will take by business to salon centric and stop using this store if thats how they want to run a business.
