I cant speak to any of the other stylists there but I went in to see Bruce who was highly recommended by one of the employees. I can live with the cut which wasnt entirely what I had asked for but he completed ignored everything I had said about the color and did what he wanted to do or what he thought was best. I asked for VERY subtle hidden highlights and what I got was bright blonde streaks on the top of my head. When I asked what we could do to fix it, he put a "darker" toner in my hair which did virtually nothing to darken it and kept saying that he thinks it looks great. As I was leaving (and charged for the corrective toner), I was told to give it a few days and if I still dont like it we can see about making it a little darker but dont want to go too dark because he thinks it looks great. He clearly didnt listen to anything I had said during our conversations, only proceeded to do what he wanted to do, charged me to "correct" it and then practically refuses to correct it back to what I wanted which I said "as dark as possible". I wont even take him up on his offer to try and correct it as I wouldnt even trust him to complete it to what I would want. Bruce clearly doesnt listen to his customers desires and I absolutely would not recommend him to anyone who has a specific imagine in their minds of what they want.

Rodi was wonderful and so friendly! She was easy to talk with and shes great company while you let her work. And her work is amazing! She did such a wonderful job with my hair! I was really nervous going in as I dont normally let random people cut my hair, and it was already botched again from trying to let a friend do it but Ill go back and ask for her again when Im ready for a trim and color, I love my hair so much. Thanks so much Rodi for giving me some confidence back!

I had my haircut by Whitney one of the stylist at this Salon yesterday evening. She did a great job on my haircut...Im giving this location 1 star because they charged me an extra fee for long hair. (I didnt have long hair. the beauty brands near arrowhead never charges me) when I asked the cashier about why I was charged more, she was very rude. I decided to just pay and leave. I shouldve spoke to the stylist but Ill be calling the store today.
