Every single time I come into this cosmoprof, the manager Allison is ALWAYS talking about customers or employees. There is a time and a place to talk bad about others (though I would never even talk bad about anyone. No need to be a mean girl) but it is not at work. The environment is very hostile because of this. The poor employees just have to sit and hear this woman go on and on about how inconvenient it is to have to call sallys and look up someone elses cosmoprof card. We are the customers that provide you a JOB. There is no inconvenience serving us because it is what you are PAID to do. If you have tons of complaints then maybe get a job you actually do ENJOY. But that is besides the issue. I had come in today to do a EXCHANGE (I do not even want my money back! I am providing Cosmoprof money, which in turns provides a job for Allison!) Allison does not say one word to ME (the paying customer!) so I leave my products with the reciept on the counter for her. While I am walking down the isle Allison says to the poor employee "they are students and it is a PRIVILEGE to come in and shop here while being a student, so go over there and find the color they need." EXCUSE ME BUT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ME WHILE I AM SHOPPING THERE AS IF I AM NOT THERE. It is not a privilege to shop at cosmoprof. This is not a Louis vuttion or channel. You guys have products priced at $3.99. Cosmoprof is not a privilege. What is a privilege is for cosmoprof to get CUSTOMERS which then will provide money and JOBS to the EMPLOYEES OF COSMOPROF. You are still serving the customer and that should be your number one priority. Not to sit there and create a hostile environment for them. Very unprofessional talk. Allison, the saying goes "what Sally says of Susie, says more of Sally then it does of Susie." I wish girls could be kind but they are not. I as a customer felt attacked and pushed into a corner as if I was not up to standards to shop at cosmoprof. Little did Allison know, my girlfriend who I bring in to shop with me is a LICENSED professional and isnt a student. I use my student cosmoprof card and not her pro card because my name is on my credit card which I use to give cosmoprof money to keep them in business. But for what? So they can hire women that make cosmoprof a uncomfortable environment where the customer has to feel PRIVILEGED to shop there? Nonetheless maybe we were attacked because we are GAY? No! I will no longer be shopping here. That includes Armstrong mcCall too. I am going to give my money to Salon centric. Where when I walk in the girls are stocking and smiling and greeting customers, instead of standing around talking about other employees and customers.

Attitude.. I have one a few blocks from my house and they are always in a great helpful mood. There is one in goodyear and they are on the same mood.. this location.. whoa! My friend told me she experienced this and I thought she was exaggerating... sadly no. I will avoid this location like the plague.

I have never had a problem here. I have been shopping here for over 20 years. If the employees are treating others in a terrible way they need to be fired on the spot it reflects on Cosmo. If its the owner Cosmo corporate needs to know.

Visited this place while I was visiting from NYC, I came to pick up some matrix haircolor. Didnt have any so I went to Salon centric.All & all it was fine, & left.I would go again if Im in AZ.

Almost every time I come here to get what I need, there is a sign on the door "Be back in 15 minutes. Not a good way to run a business.
