I bought some clippers that where broken from the start, I didnt realize it until after their 60 exchange policy was up. I only used them twice and most of the stuff was still packaged. Clippers are not something you use everyday its not like it was a dirty gross curling iron. I took in my reciept and they refused to exchange them. For them it is a matter of sending back a defective product to the manufacture, now they have lost my business for life.... I hope a $19.99 exchange was worth it.

The employees there are rude and do nothing but either ignore you, or make you feel incredibly stupid. They are no help, I much prefer the Sallys in Harrisville. HUGE difference. I just moved here and I will never be coming back. Ill drive to Ogden if it means I have people who are willing to help and love their job.
