There was no negative 5 -⭐️ option! The people here are so rude an speak in Spanish to eachother (assuming others do not know what they are saying) but the conversations are so vulgar and would be considered inappropriate at a truck stop! I feel like I need to keep my hands out at all times. They stand at the end of the isle and glare at you to the point where its uncomfortable. I purposely do not take in my handbag to this store. The whole point of mirrors and cameras are for loss prevention. At the very least they could do is walk around and check on people and ask if they need any help to keep an eye on customers instead of discussing the new snap chat updates and what changes they like or dislike. Ive come here for years since its conviennent but only for nail products and maybe a brush or two but my membership recently expired and I will not be renewing. The quality of some of the makeup products are Not that great but they do have most new nail products and trends but the service is just not worth the hassle. Ulta is a little farther from where I live and I refuse to ever go back into this or any Sallys again unless I happen to have a broken nail emergency but then again the grocery store next door has a self check out option that is more friendly!

As soon as I opened I opened the door I got yelled at . They had a sign on the door that (door is broken) I didnt see it I was on the phone . As soon as I open the door the wind blew it open almost hitting the wall. "Hold the door " she yelled " Close the door all the way " she yelled . "I am sorry I didnt se your sign " I said . " No da your on you phone " she whispered with an attitude , She thought I didnt hear her . She was with an attitude and still whispering . I got so mad and said "Dam dont need to give me attitude , of you cant work with customers you shouldnt work here" . I felt so uncomfortable as I was shopping for my things . When I was paying for my things I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise , the girl that yelled at me and had the attitude was the manager

I bought a $40 curling iron from Sally Beauty Supply. 2-3 months later the protective coating on the barrel started chipping away. I took it back to the store but they werent willing to compensate me in any way. They wouldnt allow me to return it, exchange it or even give me in store credit. After speaking with the manager she gave me the number for the manufacturer but thats the best she would do. Since this incident I have found out a couple of my friends have had similar experiences with Sally. I believe if a company is willing compensate their customers for a faulty product, they stand behind the integrity of that product. This experience has proved to me that Sally Beaty Supply knows they sell substandard products and I will not be shopping there ever again.

Never again will I come to this location. If there was an option to give it no stars what so ever I would. One of the employees there just kept following us around as if we were gonna steal something. As soon as my child touched a brush the gave attitude " maam if your child touches the brush or uses it I will have to charge you!" Excuse me she never even used it she barely touched it... Never again West Valley Sally.... Stay away from the lady with red hair ... Judgemental and rude ( bet you on anything she kept an eye on us because were Hispanic.

I always enjoy shopping here. Being into style and fashion its the place to buy my Real Genuine Hair Extensions and Gel Nail Supplies. They always have a great promotion going..where if you buy a certain item youll get another free. I like getting FREE things..Its like being rewarded for buying items that I already need. The staff is also very knowledgeable and listen to your needs..I love Sallys..

I bought two purple hair dyes. After the first one I opened the second one and it was empty. I paid for an empty hair dye. Ridiculous. Half my hair is purple and the other half is red. Thanks for nothing.
