When my 11 year old daughter told me she wanted her ears pierced, I knew that we wanted it to be done by a professional with the needle method, never with a piercing gun. When its your body or your childs body, why go to anyone but the experts in the field who have been properly trained, do it all the time, and use the best and safest methods? I asked around to find out which local businesses used the needle method for piercings. My friend recommended Punctured, and I am so glad she did! I researched a few different places before deciding where to go, and Punctured immediately stood out as the best one to me. It was mine and my daughters first experience with piercings (I never had my own ears pierced before), and Sydney and Travis were very welcoming when we arrived. They were great in helping us to pick out the jewelry that my daughter wanted. The jewelry is gorgeous and the very best quality. The shop was very clean and professional. When it was time to go back for the piercings, Casey was so great with us. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He answered all our questions. He talked to my daughter on her level, and talked to her like a friend would. She was nervous, anticipating the pain and not knowing what it would be like. He helped her to relax. He waited until she was ready, then he was quick and precise. The location of her holes are spot on perfect and even, and they look amazing! I really got a great vibe about the whole place, the staff, and had an amazingly positive experience there. The place is super clean, the staff is wonderful, and Casey is a highly skilled professional. I could tell that he really knows his stuff, I was also impressed with his level of cleanliness and making sure everything used was sterilized and safe. He really struck me as a very kind and genuine guy. I would without a doubt recommend Casey and/or his staff at Punctured. I have been telling all my friends. I dont generally take the time to review businesses either, I have to really be blown out of the water and have my expectations surpassed before I bother leaving a review. We will be back for sure! Im also already looking forward to taking my younger daughter there when she is ready for her first piercings too.

My 4yr old has wanted her ears pierced since the first day she could verbalize it, but the idea of taking her to some random place in a dirty mall, nearly made me gag. I found Punctured on Google, gave them a call, and was told we could head right over! We walked into a clean and organized facility, where we were greeted by the knowledgeable, personable, and professional staff. What more could you ask for in a piercing shop? Product!!! The vast selection of high-end jewelry was outrageous -- in the BEST of ways! (Paisley chose the pink Opal studs for her first-ever pair of earrings; they are gorgeous!) Casey happily agreed to work with us when he spoke with Paisley, saw that she was excited to pierce her ears, and was confident in her decision to do so. He thoroughly explained everything to us along the way, and really involved Paisley in every single step of the process - which is an attitude and approach to piercing/body-modification that I totally agree with and appreciate! This place is top-notch, from the people, to the products, to the processes. Its SO true that "you get what you pay for." DO NOT sacrifice quality to save a buck, ESPECIALLY when it comes to your BODY! Go to Punctured and have no regrets.

The jewelry selection is amazing and though I dont yet have a tattoo, if I ever decide on one I will be going here. The shop is kept super clean and everyone there is very friendly. Ive had 4 piercings done by Derek now and every time had been amazing. My first piercing I was so nervous I think I spent a good hour going through everything with him. Probably drove him crazy, but he was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we proceeded. He explained exactly what I should expect for healing and everything he was doing to make sure my piercing not only looked perfect, but was safe. But honestly the biggest thing he did for me was he made me feel comfortable. I have issues with my body and sometimes do not feel comfortable in my own skin which makes it difficult to allow people close to me if Im not super comfortable with them. But Derek is very approachable and loves what he does so I felt not only comfortable, but confident in my body (and its new jewelry). I have plans for several more piercings and maybe one day soon a tattoo.

My Mom and I came in to Punctured last night specifically to be pierced by Derek. Weve been talking about having our helix piercings done for a while now, but couldnt find a piercer or shop we felt totally comfortable with. I called Punctured on a whim, and Derek answered. I spoke with him on the phone for a good 10-15 minutes, and immediately felt comfortable choosing him! He explained to me what to look for in a piercer, in a shop, and in jewelry, so that even if we did not go with him, we would choose somewhere that was safe and reputable. When we arrived last night, everyone at the shop was so friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean and organized, and Derek helped educate us even further on the jewelry we wanted to choose that would best fit our style. The entire process was so enjoyable and pleasant, even the piercing! We love our new little additions, and we had a great time! Thanks to Derek for making us feel so welcome and comfortable, and for educating these newbies on all things piercing!

BEWARE! Bad business!!! Wont give you the art you want, they dont listen to instructions AND pressure you into a tatoo thats a poor basic art rendition of the tatoo you want even when given a picture to follow. We made an appt but when we arrived they made us wait 2 hours for a tatoo and then kicked us out with an INCOMPLETE tatoo when the next appointment arrived. They took a walk in instead and left us sitting there. They run a very poor business, completely incompetent and disorganized. They caused us major problems and heartache. Dear punctured, if you screw up your appt tines, you reschedule the next customer INSTEAD of booting the paying customer OUT of the chair. The artist also told me he would draw up my tatoo for me, and send it to me and make an appt to do it. I never heard from him AND texted him 4 separate times over the course of 3 weeks. He never responded. DO NOT GO HERE. Find a more established reputable business.

This is one Kick Ass tattoo and piercing shop!!! I have waited a long time to get the sleeve tattoo of my dreams and, Ive researched a lot of artists and shops. Casey has done some amazing pieces for several my friends. These amazing tattoos sold me. From the moment I stepped foot inside this shop, I felt like a member of their family, red carpet treatment all the way! I feel like a kid just before Christmas as my next appointment approaches! I cant wait to get back in the chair again! Casey is approximately 20 hours into my Chinese dragon sleeve tattoo, which also covers a good portion of my back and chest. I could not be happier with the progress! Thank you Casey and team for making this meaningful experience so Awesome!
