I used to love this place. My girlfriend and I would go to this place a lot. I guess management changed. Just before I wrote this review I went to this place to buy balloons for a boy of the family that my girlfriend is staying with. First no one was there to help us for a good 5 mins. The manager finally saw us and asked if we needed help. Naturally we said yes we want balloons and she called over a nice man that works with her. We wanted the 4 balloons for 9.99 deal and he showed us all the balloons that were "part" of this deal. He gave us our price code to scan and pay for at the main register while another nice employee fixed us up with our balloons. After paying for it we were leaving but when we were out in the middle of the road the manager stops us and said "hey those werent the real prices for the those balloons its actually more than that" and she even blames the man that helped us by saying he doesnt even work at this station. Theres a problem. Why would you put him at a station where he usually doesnt work in? Of course its his fault if he quoted the prices of the balloons wrong but the manager shouldve caught that before we bought the balloons or she shouldve just helped us herself since she was there anyways. In my opinion she shouldve let it go and took the blame if it were to come back and bite her, own up to it like a manager should and learn from this mistake but instead insisted we return the balloons and blame other employees. That kind of display is low and unacceptable. Ultimately I love this kroger but my girlfriend and I are not going back to this place anymore because of the lack of service and care this manager displayed.

I used to work for this kroger and I loved working here. On Tuesday the 7th of February I purchased some groceries and me and my friends were waiting at the patio of the front of the starbucks section of krogers. And the manager rudely told me and my friend to step off the property and she asked me if the kid who was also sitting outside was my friend I said no and I told my friend we had to go and I told the manager I had to grab my friend from inside to and she said called me a lier even though I was completely honest. And the head of security as disrespectful as he was started off by yelling and not wanting to hear what I was trying to tell him called the police. And the police told me and my friends that the manager and the head of security said that we were selling dope when we left the property . The cops searched us when they arrived and made us sign papers as if we did something. The manager and the head of security should learn to respect everyone and listen instead of yapping their mouth so that everything can be resolved peacefully

This is probably one of the cleanest stores Ive ever shopped in! The prices are great and comparable if not better than Walmart or Target, plus the quality of food cant be beat, especially if you use their coupon program. I will only buy my meats and produce at Krogers. This store is also a one-stop shop which makes for a great shopping experience. They have a great service deli with tables so you can grab lunch, free wi-fi, a Starbucks coffee, a home center from furniture, paintings, lamps and rugs, not to mention a jewelry store for those occasions like mothers or valentines day gifts! Their customer service associates are extremely helpful, friendly and trust worthy. I accidentally left my wallet on top of a cash register and it was found by an associate and returned with everything in tack. I am moving to Florida and will really miss this store. I hope they open up a Krogers in Florida real soon! It is certainly made up of "great people". I always have a great shopping experience at Krogers Superstore in Wylie.

Super!! I went there for the first time last weekend (sunday) and I LOVED IT!!! it has everything and more!! Ive never been to a Kroger that sells carseats, babies clothes and toys! This is the best Kroger around no kidding! Orange juice hand squeezed? And on sale?! Yay! Very clean, kids friendly and yes the staff is so nice I will definitely go back there! I need to drive seven more minutes but is so worth it! I found everything I needed and more! It has also Kroger gas! Flower department has good sales <3 it even has furniture on sale! Thumbs up for this massive Kroger store! U Murphy people r so lucky! Hahaha :)

Pros: The thing I like about this store the most is how helpful the employees are in helping me find an item. The fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious and worth the price. Cons: I gave three stars because the produce section needs some serious help. There have been gnats in the onion section for almost two years and the fruit is usually bruised or damaged in some way. The baggers have no training in bagging groceries - cherries/grapes placed under canned goods, smashed bread or pastries. The microwave in the cafe area is disgustingly dirty. Unique: There is a jewelry store inside this grocery store.

Shop here frequently! Good selection, but service could be improved. Attitude of a few checkers could be worked on. Most are hospitable. Some will bark at you " Kroger Card, Coupon" and that is the extent of the customer interaction. Some may have a language barrier, and are difficult to understand, but at least they try-smile and seem freindly. Had to sack my groceries a couple times: can go to Walmart for that. Long waits for help at the deli. Are they underpaid or low staffed? Regardless of correctable service, I will continue to go. 3 stars till improvement.

Well, I hate to write a review for a grocery store, but here I am. Largely, its hard to mess up what a grocery store does, but the meat market is one of those places that can be messed up. The staff is not very helpful. They dont really know what theyre doing, and by that I mean, they dont know cuts of meat. They are also very reluctant to go find people who can help you find the cut of meat you want. Thats a big deal to me. If you can get them to eventually give you what you want, its very good quality, but dealing with the staff is getting tiresome for me.

With the exception of grocery stores that aim to be pretentious, this is one of the nicest places I have ever picked parsley. The staff is super friendly and the selection of unique and alternative foods is on par with other store chains like Sprouts. PRO TIP: The online grocery shopping is a huge time saver if you can input your order a day ahead of time. PRO TIP: John in the wine and beer area is amazingly knowledgeable. He will not steer you wrong through their fairly extensive wine selection and keeps a display dedicated to his weekly top picks.

Kroger in Wylie is the BEST!! I love that they always have everything I am looking for and not to mention the Staff is so friendly and they aim to please. Absolutley Love my Kroger. I live in Farmersville and will travel to Wylie for this Kroger. They offer so much from food, to furniture. I have to say I bought some furniture recently from Kroger and the STAFF was Awesome... Cant say enough about them as they were just GREAT!! Recommend everyone to visit this Kroger. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Kroger... Maria C.
