At par with other LOCAL stores product-wise, overall C class store with a present D class deli/customer service! My daughter happened to really like the fish that was prepared there. Ive been a frequent/regular customer for the last 4 to 6 months because of this. I hadnt had a problem...until Lisa (seems to have difficulty with multi-tasking & putting customers first) arrived. Her daily food prep comes first - before you. As regular on a specific day I am...apparently other food preparation comes before customer satisfaction - my daughter is this case. "You have to call a day prior to place the order"... Im sorry...and excuse me is what comes to mind honestly! If Im a regular...on a specific day...why not go above for a regular patron, and have what she likes...ready?? Rhetorical question...but its because customer service is NOT the priority - simply taking your money with a "this-is-how-it-is" attitude seems to be! The manager: Agreeable & willing to "talk" to her. No thanks!! I wouldnt want my little girls food spat in! Yes...the food industry...some people are like that. Ive had better service from Piggly Wiggly & Safeway...but what do I know?! Very obvious that the owner...George Lepari is UNAWARE through the overtrust of store management! My daughter and I will become regular patrons some place else...where customer service is their forefront... Honestly...her "like" was the ONLY reason I frequently came to this store, and they (Lisa/deli department) couldnt even handle a consistent patron!! So how do you think theyll deal with you??

I dont usually like to leave bad reviews, but I think it needs to be done here :/ I live down the street from this store and visit it pretty frequently.I am by no means a finicky person and it takes a lot to put me off, but, the meat department is pretty sketchy. Ive bought meat that was expired multiple times on accident and you REALLY need to closely watch the dates on your packaging. Same with the milk. More than once I have walked into the store and could smell the meat department from the produce section. Like the meat wasnt being kept at the proper temperature. Also, while there are quite a few cashiers that are wonderful (Seriously, great people), a lot of the younger kids they hire are super rude. They act like you are being an annoyance by getting to their line and I always leave feeling a bit peeved by their crappy customer service.

Luv it luv the staff luv the fruit/veggie guys I cant remember if it Kenny but hes so cool I always talk to him about everything-hes the one that works at the hospital as well-I luv chatting with him. I am at this store about every day and I Ill always go there-the staff is cool and the bakery has the pies I want (French Silk) and the gal that decorated the cakes is so good at it-I tell anyone my family and peeps from Mission Lake go there now and I would rather go to that one for good produce -even though I had a cop watching me --

I really like this place! Found something here I couldnt find at whole foods, trader joes or any other grocery store. Interesting concept. When I asked a manager about the store when checking out he was very friendly and explained it to me in detail and then proceeded to carry my groceries out to my car for me as we continued to talk. Great customer service! Gentleman in the meat dept was very friendly as well. I am impressed! I wish them well and I think they are a great addition to the KC grocery scene.

Always a disappointment. Poor quality produce, poor quality meat department. Milk is always very near its sell by date. I used to shop here if the flyer from the mail was a good deal but its not worth it. When the flyer says "fresh never frozen chicken breast" you can bet it IS frozen and a hand written sign says "limit 2" Staff seem to be disgruntled. Like more run down and depressed than WalMart. I know not every SunFresh is this way, but this location is just a disappointment.

I used to be a regular customer of this store for 15 years until I moved to Grandview earlier this year. I could not once name a bad experience that I have ever had with this store. From the consistently oustanding customer service to the wonderful selection of produce offered every day, there is no reason why you should miss this store. I highly recommend this store to anyone who lives in or happens to pop through the Red Bridge area -- you wont be disappointed.

Watch out for the bread and cheese, theyre always rotten. Also there is a lady that works there named Clo shes very rude everytime I go there. She doesnt bother say hi or anything. I always say hi how are you and she just ignores me, horrible customer service. There are a lot of younger kids that work there and they are always friendly maybe she should learn some customer service skills from them.

If you prefer to shop small businesses, this Sun Fresh is the way to go. Its family-owned and has been in its current location for thirty or forty years if I recall. Plus, they recently updated/renovated to go with the improvements to Red Bridge shopping center, and the store looks great. Try their cheese bagels!

I like to shop at Laparis Sun Fresh in the Red Bridge Shopping Center. Its location is convenient and its size is not overwhelming like the huge stores. The vegetables are always fresh as is the meat. 99% of the employees are friendly and helpful.

its close to the house, cashiers if over 30 are mean if under 30 are on their cell phones, it smells like they need a remodel in the deli, very sour. Prices are kinda high if not on sale, but again its convenient.

They have the best meat department. And they make their own Italian Sausage. (Ok, lots of different kinds of sausage, but my fav is the Italian.) Ive shopped at this store for over 25 years. They are the best.

This place is close to my house, so I come here pretty frequently. Gave it three stars because meat selection and quality is not the best. Plus most of the staff are not very motivated or friendly.

It reminds me of a small country store. Its got most all of the essentials, prices are a tad high, but it seems like they bank on location more than anything. Havent had any major problems here!
