I came here about three weeks ago to pick up some fruit & dip. There were two different brands of dip that were on sale so, I chose one & headed to the express check out lane. She scans my items & the screen had them listed as regular price. I calmly tell her that the dip was on sale for so & so price & she huffed like I just annoyed her. She proceeds to look through the weekly ad to find the sale then tells me that its not in the ad. I told her where I saw it & she tells me to take a walk with her...mind you, theres people behind me waiting to check out. We walked to the isle where the product was & she asks me to point out the price which was clearly right there. Even with the proof...she pretty much called me a liar. She stood there staring at the prices & I just walked away, got in my car & went to a different sunfresh. My advice: dont shop here.

Worst customer service in Kansas City! I went there cause I always spend a lot of money there but not anymore! I was checked out by a rude disrespectful cashier with an attitude problem her name is "Stephanie" and a Security Gaurd named "Alex" he also gave me an attitude problem and made the situation worse! I was also told I was wrong by a manager named "Mark" but the customer is always right. I spent thousands of dollars but not anymore.. Im on my way to return most of the things I bought. This store only accepts cash and turned down my bank card. Worse grocery store in KC and I am no longer a true customer. My cash will be spent elsewhere! Sun Fresh cares more about transaction fees from using a card then a long term customer that spends thousands but not anymore.. I will take my cash/card elsewhere!

The grocery store appears to be older than it actually is for some reason. It does not have the best selection or prices but its adequate, a majority of the shoppers seem to be using food stamps which is not a bad thing except they are buying steaks and soda and all kinds of junk which is a shame. There is a full liquor store and deli that has some decent food but the store sells VERY expired food and beverages that are months past the use by date so watch what you buy since it could be bad before you ever took it home.

Ridiculous prices. Horrible. smh I hate their prices. Every time I try to buy some fruit, there is fruit sitting there bitten off of or smashed. Wth? Bathrooms are atrocious. Customer service is bad. I promise you will go here for 5 small thins and end up spending over $30 for them. I do not like this place and dread going here. I use this place for last minute emergencies only, and only if I have $100 on me cause theyll definitely break you of all the money you have.

I was going to buy some nuts for baking muffins, but I checked the expiration date and they where five years past the expiration date! Five years!!! How can something be on the shelf that long past the expiration date?!?! Thats absolute incompetence!!! A lot of the food is expired. They sell some things real cheap, but you might end up in the ER after you eat them... $1.88 for 10 pounds of potatoes etc... watch out... hahaha!

Standing In the deli department and the young lady never greeted me. No customer skills at all. Then proceeded to talk to another co worker about Easter dresses. While wrapping food with no gloves and fake nails on. A guy comes to complete my order but he didnt wash his hands and had a very large watch on his arm. Didnt get that meat! People are not real friendly at this store. Besides my cashier she was great!

I bought a clementine in the produce section and went to checkout in the back by the liquor section.The checker asks what is that?I said I forgot and she would have to call someone.Just then I remembered and said "its a clementine" She says back to me "well why didnt you say so in the first place".Rude behavior will cause customers to leave and not come back.I will not be back!

I came to Sun Fresh to get something, I forgot because I was side-tracked by the smell of the chicken frying, so I decided to try some, it was fresh it was hot and well seasoned, and what good is chicken without the crunch? This was crunchy! Im telling you you have to try some! I wouldve taken a picture but theres nothing but bones left lol

Frozen food entrees had expired dates, date on the box Jul 2016. Purchased date 8/3/17. There is no excuse to have year old items still in the store. It is a shame the Store Owners greed has overruled his/her Integrity. Apparently Customers becoming sick or dying from expired foods is not a concern of Blue Parkway Sunfresh.

because most employees seem to have a chip on there shoulders and r very rude they do a lot of stereo typing here also but the lines at the registers move pretty fast but customer service is very rude and usually very slow I waited in line for 45 min just to get a roll of quarters

I like sun fresh. You have to look for specials, especially meats. Thats not very affordable here, but youll save if youre buying cereals, pizzas and kids menu items. I like there dollar ile. There produce I good also. Cashiers are friendly.

I was always afraid to go into this place, I heard bad things about it but it was 4pm and I needed a few things... I was blown away from the prices,really low, and pick5 for $25. The cashier seemed kinda rude but maybe she had a bad day

Theyre selection of food is small there food products or priced to high customer service is in need of improvement there pricing is high because they are the only grocery store for miles there is no compatesion

I buy lots of fruit and vegetables while shopping I purchased avocados and tomatoes my avocados were black in 2 days in my tomatoes begin to mold in two days I wont buy fruit are vegetables there again
