We are traveling from Dallas to Albuquerque and were in need of a good cup of coffee.....we finally found a Starbucks!! We go in to use the restroom and as you walk in the door you are greeted by a ton of flies and a employee playing on her cell phone!! Bathroom could use some cleaning and no soap in the dispenser....we tell one of the employees that the womens restroom doesnt have any soap and she responds that "its been that way for awhile" As we wait for our drinks I look in the pastry case to see all the goodies and there are flies in the case.....Yuck!!! The while place could use a cleaning and fly killing!!! And last but not least....two other customers that came in received their orders before we did and all we order was "two grande, two splenda lattes !! COME ON MAN...!!!!

I used to receive such fast and friendly service here. I use the mobile order app to avoid waiting a couple extra minutes. Going inside to grab my drink was quicker for me than waiting in the drive through; until recently that is. I waited over 15 minutes the last few visits. Ive had to approach the counter and ask for my order, and every time, it has been on the drive through counter. No one had even bothered to call out that it was ready. I was tempted this morning to just leave without it because I was going to be late to work if I continued to sit and wait. Not only have I had issues with wait time, my cups are not even full when I receive them. Needless to say, I think Frank And Joes Coffee Shop will be receiving my business from now on.

I am a consistant customer of this Starbucks location and have found no reason to change where I get coffee. Pros: Attentive and respectful employees, nice atmosphere and a good selection of great coffees and teas. Free Wi-Fi (after agreeing to Starbucks terms and conditions). Cons: Parking can be tough during peak hours and the drive-thru is always full. However, I can hardly fault them for being so popular that they stay busy. The seating is not as comfortable as it could be and can feel a little constricted. The majority of copmlaints I see and hear are all due to this location staying so busy. This could be alleviated by building another location in town but I hardly consider "being busy" to be a failure on this stores part.

Every time I come to this Starbucks Im literally waiting an obscure amount of time even if I did a mobile order its never ready in the time frame listed usually over at least 10-15 minuets! Then today I forgot to tell the lady doing the window Almond milk because I cant have dairy it makes me sick. After proceeding to tell her she asked me twice "if Im sure because its already made?" Yes lady Im definitely sure? She had me pull around front to wait and I get this. So now Im drinking Almond milk with little chunks of matcha powder. CONSISTENCY would be nice! Never have a problem with the Dallas locations you should send someone from Dallas to re-train your Wichita location!

Being the only Satrbucks in town makes these Baristas very cocky. We walked yesterday, June 27th, at about 11:50 and there were 6 women behind the counter. Each one made eye contact with myself and colleague then went about their way. It took 5 minutes for someone to holler "Some one is here" and another 2 minutes for someone to get to the register. After ordering 2 drinks (there were 3 of us) the cashier asked in an aggrivated tone how much we planned on ordering, as if we were out of line. There are plenty of donut shops in town that are CLEANER with BETTER service, and that is where we will be going from now on.

We stopped at this Starbucks while we were on a trip and the drinks tasted horrible. The caramel brûlée did not taste like it does at every other Starbucks. The Chai Latte was so "off" in flavor, and my son, who loves any sugary drink in the world, couldnt tolerate his iced mocha. We had already driven off and had to get out of town pretty quickly, so waiting in the long line again for replacement drinks was not an option. The service wasnt exactly excellent either, but Im okay with that if the beverages are good. All in all, it was a waste of money and not worth the stop.

Do not come here when you are in a hurry. This is the slowest starbucks in any state I have ever been to! Starbucks in any other state fill orders with half the employees in half the time. It doesnt matter what time of the day whether it is busy or not. It will take 15 minutes or more for you to receive your drink. They have 7 people making drinks but none of them are efficient. These employees seem completely disorganized and confused. The parking lot is a mess as well.

ordered our normal drinks (same drink for 5+ years) and it was horrible... shots were bad both times they made they made them... instead of investigating the cause or offering to fix them, I was asked have u had this drink before... seriously!?!?!? even if I wasnt a regular Starbucks customer from out if state that is unacceptable customer service... how bout u fix the issue instead of questioning my coffee knowledge!

This has to be the busiest Starbuck on planet earth. Sure, theres not another one within a hundred miles; I get it. And every redneck in north central Texas thinks hes gotta have some "fancy coffee" and all, but the lines here get ridiculous. Doesnt stop me from going, cause the folks here are super friendly (it is Wichita Falls) and it moves pretty quick. Beats waiting till you get to Decatur or Amarillo.

Flies. Everywhere. The staff is decent, if a little slow to serve, and the coffee/food has been consistently good, but the place could really use some TLC. I can tell they do a very cursory cleaning job, the flies are very distracting, and the smell of stagnant water permeates the place. This is the only place for me to browse the web while my household goods arrive, otherwise Id probably go somewhere else.

This starbucks is the worst one I have been to. First off they added $50 instead of $15 to my starbucks card then they OVER charged me for a Doppio macchiato. They were not very understanding and tried to at like they knew better than me. When they fixed the order they still served the wrong one. I was throughly displeased with this location

Aside from a few incidents of less than stellar performance, the majority of visits to this Starbucks result in me with having interacted with friendly staff and having received the beverage/food I ordered without incident. Theyve got a good track record in my book - my book being rather extensive as I frequent the place often.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I didnt even know Starbucks like this one existed. I stopped in from out of town and they were out of most of the hot sandwiches and didnt carry any type of protein pack. I settled for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit (?). Absolutely disgusting. Threw it in the trash and left.
