This location is often understaffed and untrained. On my last visit, I waited more than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. I should have known better, but really wanted a cold brew. When the barista was finishing up my drink, she accidentally poured too much into a cup and had extra coffee so she went to pour it out. Instead of pouring it in the drain she looked around, made sure no one was watching, and drank the extra coffee. Unprofessional for Starbucks. There is a freestanding Starbucks in the same shopping complex, go to that one.

I usually have a good experience at this location but the gentleman that helped us today was clueless. I asked him to use a promo code from my app and he didnt. Then I asked how the promo on the 2.50 grande Fraps works and he responded by saying "I dont know anything about that" and walked away. REALLY!?! How can you not know about promos your store is having. SMH

The problem with this location is the fact that it is in the Target store and it gets very congested. The few times I have come the staff is minimal and not as quick or knowledgeable as the ones at the stand alone locations.

Its always tempting to buy a coffee when I go in target, but each time the baristas have been super rude/snooty. If they dont like their job, just find a new one.

Cheap and ghetto attitude from employee to customers, unprofessional manager included. Spent your money in others Starbucks San Antonio have plenty!!!

Always understaffed and not well trained except for one girl. Always get Chai Tea and most of the time it taste more like milk then tea.
