This is not the usual Starbucks environment. Every other Starbucks I have been to everyone is friendly and its a nice place to hang. This location however is strange to me, almost everyone has an attitude and the girl that handed me my drink made faces when I dared to mention that the drink she handed me was not the one I ordered. I have also been through the drive through and last time I was there in the evening there were only 2 cars in front of me and I was in line for about 20 minutes and they still gave me the ONE drink I ordered wrong! This is the nearest Starbucks to my home and you know, I drive across town to go to another location just because the other location has friendlier staff! I dont like leaving bad reviews but something needs to change here. At least the attitude these baristas have needs to change because I would love to come in here and enjoy my coffee.

The guy at is standing in front of the register and offers to take my order but then makes a comment that he is already out or done with his shift. Then he stands there with an attitude as I ask for an iced coffee. If he is already out then why offer to take my order and be rude about it. The worst service I have ever had here at this location. I was so angry I didnt even bother to get the employees name.

Dirtiest, nastiest Starbucks Ive been to, and I get around. Came in at 5:30am, no toilet paper in either bathroom, yesterdays poo spray all over one toilet, and when I came out to tell the staff, she was busy on her phone and didnt even notice me. Trash and grime all over the fixins counter, no stir sticks, no cream. And sour attitudes all around, guess the store reflects it.

Ordered a venti gingerbread latte in drive- thru. Very quick service but when I drove off with my drink it felt very light so I took off lid and it was only filled half way with fluid but cleverly hidden beneath a ton of whip cream. I was ripped off for sure!

The personnel play "super loud" music and when you ask to lower the volume they ignore you, also they yell at each other, making the environment even less pleasant to read, work or study. No manager around either! Not the usual concept for a starbucks

I like this Starbucks. They have great service and they dont kiss your ass. Unlike other places, they ask so many question and act like they really care. This Starbucks is for the average person. Who likes coffee and doesnt like bull. Great job!!!!

No Thing

Dirty as always. RR broken sign reads but probably full of product same as hallway. No one knows youre there until they HAVE to take your order. And I guess I had to pay more to be thanked for the patronage. Will still go.. but they need help.

Great staff! Good service. The drinks are always great. The wait time isnt very long at all. The crew can come up with some pretty Neat custom drinks. Trying a pineapple black tea with lemonade. Nice place to relax and draw.

The patio is always dirty and the drive thru is so slow. They need to power wash the patio and clean off the tables and higher more people to work the drive thru. Trash is everywhere on the outside.

Meets minimum requirements, the Baristas are good, but need to continue working on good customer skills. When a customer approaches the counter the bear minimum is to ask if you can help.
