Well where do I start? My boyfriend went in to send some money for his dad. He specifically wrote a test question since the gentleman picking it up doesnt have an ID. The woman who was handling the transaction messed up and made it so the person picking it up had to use an ID number. When we tried to call and change it, we couldnt because NO ONE would pick up. We both called and were both placed on hold, waiting for a manager. My boyfriend and I then decide to drive there (while still on hold). I was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up, but my boyfriend, he was on hold for 40 MINUTES! In fact, when we walked inside the store, he was still on hold and there was a manager, a customer service manager, and a sales person all standing around right in front of the money center! We let them know whats going on and show them that we are STILL on hold as were standing in the store. Of course, the manager immediately tries to shift the blame and say that he just got back from lunch, but realistically, thats not an excuse. They did nothing to try and remedy the service. We didnt even recieve an apology. Thankfully the woman who messed up the transaction to begin with was still there and she was able to fix it, but really, everyone that we interacted with were complete jerks. No one wanted to take responsibility for anything. It was super awesome. Thanks Walmart for sucking so hard.

I wish I had the ability to leave no stars. This Walmart is the worst run walmart I have ever seen in all of Texas. I have lived in many diferent cities throughout Texas and it just blows my mind how horrible this Walmart is. Other Walmarts on their worst/slow days have more lines open than this one. On the saturday before Super Bowl Sunday, there were only three lines open. That is beyond ridiculous!!! Most of the time the shelves are empty, which makes me think that the managers responsible for ordering products have no idea what they are doing and have no planning skills. I also use this pharmacy, for the time being, and I can never rely on them to have my medicine filled on time or even on the right day. How this Walmart is stilling running is a mystery. If you have the option to shop at another Walmart I would suggest doing so. Dont waste your time or money at this crap of a store.

We have considered this Walmart our family Walmart for many years although we live in Chandler, and its still quite a drive, however in the past few years we have really noticed the customer service getting worse and worse. Recently I called the pharmacy to check to see if they had the medicine my daughter takes in stock so that I could come and get her script filled, I waited on the for for at least 7-8 min no one ever answered!??! Also Walmart now has a new return policy on all electronics, if they are not returned before 15days there is no more return!! I am shopping at Target from now on, Walmarts quality has gone into the toilet, and the prices arent even competitive anymore!! We the consumer should stand up and say no more!!

As if coming to Walmart isnt bad enough, youll get yelled at for going out the wrong doors at night by management. Maybe if you had those doors locked or perhaps even barricaded with shopping carts you wouldnt have to yell at your customers for simply going out the doors they came in. Itd be one thing if they let us know not to walk all the way down there instead of running at us full sprint nearly screaming that its locked (when spoiler alert: it wasnt). I can understand if it is protocol but the situation was poorly handled by a manager who was too busy playing on his phone to notice it. But I mean what can you expect from Walmart? Ill pay the extra two dollars next door at Target if it means getting treated like a person.

I only wish i could give a minus star rating! Calling and asking to be transferred to electronics is way to difficult of a task for all employees at this walmart. 3 separate calls and 3 times i was simply hung up on, Whats funny is apparently they do not know how to place a call on hold either! While they asked me to hold i could hear them talking to each other about crap like how she spilled water on her self at lunch (which apparently was quite hilarious) and at no time did they even discuss to inability to transfer a simple call. Every time i called i was place on "hold" and then hung up on, after listening to ther idiotic banter.. Tried calling again 2 more times and the phone just rang and rang and rang, ridiculous!

Not only were they rude and disrespectful when I asked them if they had a book I was looking for in stock, they led me on a wild goose chase. I needed some guitar strings and the first person told me they didnt have any. I knew that was inaccurate. The second person told me that it was across the entire store. So I went there and found nothing. The 3rd person told me that it was back on the other side... you know where this is going. It took me about 20 minutes to find the guitar strings because no one knew where they were. Its hard to explain how rude two of the employees I talked to were for no reason. To the point I wanted to unleash a wrathful attack but I smiled and walked away.

Employed people who are EXTREMELY lazy and unwilling to do the job that they are paid to do is what you will find at this Walmart on broadway in Tyler Texas. Sitting around the cash registers and refusing to check people out after a manager had just asked them to do so is what we experienced. A direct reflection of poor hiring and poor management. Sad to see some people working and earning their money and others who refuse to work at all receiving the same paycheck. Its okay though, you reap what you sow. I wouldnt say walmart is a dead end job, but when you are uneducated and not self motivated you should appreciate your job more because thats the best youre going to get.

Just now leaving this Walmart it was my first visit to this location. I do not exaggerate when I say this is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to! Hardly nothing was in stock, spent over an hour trying to find the items I needed before I finally gave up, majority of the items were in the wrong spots with wasted time spent on finding the correct prices. No help from any of the employees who all looked like they were miserable even the door greeter who didnt say a word or smile. I have never been to a Walmart like this before and was shocked by everything and everyone. Will never go back to this location again!

Typical Walmart. They have almost anything you could want at reasonable prices. My biggest problem is the waiting. They have 30+ checkouts but theres normally only like 7-8 open and they will have at least 2 people waiting in line. I wouldnt recommend buying any type of automotive batteries from here. They always seem to go bad and even with the warranty, there is always some kind of problem when you try to exchange them. Same thing with the Road Hazard warranty on automotive tires. They will try to give you the run around every time it seems. Just be sure to ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!
