First time, I went there try to pre-order the iPhone 7 plus on the initial pre-order day, the employees says I cannot pre-order it if I want to pay it full. After that I did research online, there are certainly data points of people pre-ordered the phone in the store and payed it full. On the launch date, I went to buy the iPhone. There is none in stock. I cannot blame them on this. But if I preordered it on the initial day I could get it much sooner. I was forced to take the mobile insurance on my plan when I order the iPhone even I asked the employee to remove it multiple times and he said he cant. I asked him to also put my employer discount on the plan. He refuse to do it and tell me to do it online myself. I asked can I order the phone and shipped to the store since I dont have anyone in home to sign the package. He said I cannot. When I trying to apply the employer discount on my plan myself. There is a step to verify last 4 digi of SSN. I found out he put the wrong number in during the signing up. When I was testing it and put 1111 and it went through. Apparently, those employees just dont care what the customer needs.

Awful customer service!!! After relocating out of state and trying to combine two separate accounts in to one, the first time we were there, they were not able to process the transfer due to a system issue. After coming back and providing the same information, id, etc., they would not take my official state temporary id even though I provided all of the relevant information, pass code, other forms of identification, etc. Furthermore, they said they were no longer supposed to do transfers, which is absolutely not true. Even the AT&T website states to either call or visit a store once the online transfer request has been made. What was worse was how rude and awful the staff was. I will be taking my business elsewhere after having to sit in THEIR parking lot calling the 1-800- AT&T number myself.

Just waited for over 25 minutes while I watched no fewer than 5 different associates with no customers walk by. As many as 4 employees standing next to the front door conversing. 3 of which were managers that said they could not help with a simple plan question. I would have to wait until more associates clocked back in or something. From a guy who has been in sales management for over 8 years and has managed multiple sales teams this is highly unacceptable customer service when there are only 4 customers including me inside the store. This store needs to be examined by upper management.

Worst customer service ever, especially rude and trashy manager Mike. Came to inquiry about Internet service and specifically ask not to pull my credit. They did it anyway. Came back to ask them to remove it and trashy Mike asked me for proof that they did it. It clearly shows a hard pull from ATT on the same day on my credit report. Trashy Mike even asked me to leave. I am really disappointed towards ATT and feel bad for other employee in the same store. They are mostly nice people but they have to work for such a rude and trashy Mike.

This place has done a complete 180 from a few years ago. It used to be a place with long lines, understaffed and generally alot of waiting. The last few times I have gone in, I was immediately serviced and was out of there quickly. Not sure if it is a AT&T-wide thing, but this location is much better than it used to be. The one negative is its physical orientation. Getting in and out of that lot is a bit of a pain at times.

The best customer support team for AT&T anyone could ask for, what would I do without the help of technical issue on my mobile device !!! Time and time again I have issues and I rather go to the store for assistance than call over the phone. If in the event the support team was to be removed from the stores consider myself removed from the provider as well. Best Regards, Amador Hernandez

after being advised to go in store to change wireless plan by att phone rep, i spent over 2 hrs. in store only to be rudely told my acct. was flagged for fraud and could not be completed. this was after already being credit checked, and signed up days earlier. PATHETIC customer service. go to ATT and this store if want to be insulted/humiliated

It has my customer service store since I got my U-verse plan and my mobile plan, but today I just had my worst experience trying to get some help changing one of my plans. With the store totally empty, the guy at the door just didnt want to let me get service from one of their associates. VERY RUDE. LAST TIME THERE.

Went in for a new phone and was told to go to best buy or the apple store as they didnt have what I wanted in Stock. Turns out, that transaction cant be completed unless its in store... Called 20 times before they answered, then got hung up on. Great service guys. Is there a way to give negative stars???

Answer the phone. I couldnt find the place as marked on my map and called several times, no one answered. I did find the place about a minute after the last call, when I went inside there 3 sales folks were doing nothing.

I am not a big fan of AT&T and their corporate practices. However my experience at this store was very positive. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely pass other stores to go to this one.
