I THOUGHT it would be convenient to use this kroger to get our cakes since we had our party at incredible pizza. I didnt know you could mess up so much. My son got a cake with cars I wanted whipped topping. The first layer was whipped then all the other(the cars details) was the sugary icing... my daughter wanted cupcakes she was supposed to have them all together to create one top so we could write happy birthday on it. Not the case when we showed up they were individual cupcakes with rings on them. And worth way under the price I actually paid to have them do what I asked. Hers were whipped but they had a sugar layer around the bottom I guess used as a sprinkle on the cupcake. =/ and not only that we were late to our own party while having to explain to them over and over its not right. 45 minutes later. I got refunded the cupcakes but didnt realize they messed up the cars cake icing until later at the party. =/

I enjoy coming to this Kroger location because the employees are all so friendly and helpful. I shop here on a regular basis and know several of the employees by name. Kristina in the customer service desk is the best. Always smiling and quick to help you get what you need. Jacques who is always around the store either keeping it clean or helping bag your shopping order, does it with enthusiasm. All the cashiers are so sweet and get you through the line with ease. Thank goodness they know their produce codes because I buy a lot. And to top it all off, they actually know the produce without asking what it is. Thanks Kroger for having a great team of workers at this location!!!

We live in Willis and work in the River Pointe area. We shop all the Krogers, the HEB on the North side, Walmart and Sams. I have to say that this Kroger is our preferred store. We shop there 95% of the time. The culture at this store, the people, the service, the products are all combined to provide a really good grocery shopping experience. The store is very clean. I dont know how you do that but compared to the other two Kroger in our area you have it mastered. Thank You Lolita, Jeff, David, Cayla, JoAnn, Kimberly and many more for your cheerful hellos and willingness to help!

I was sent to Kroger to shop for my mother, so I preceded to the deli section and Asked Employee Onalisa To Assist me with finding a mixed cheesecake. She did an outstanding job presenting me with two different kinds of cheesecake options with wearing a Kroger smile. For as long as I go to this Kroger I will forever continue going to Onalisa For assistance. This may not apply but Barista David Does an amazing job taking care of his customers at the Starbucks section.

I come here weekly and usually do not get id because they all know me but, the workers there never stay and this store always has new workers that look younger than i am. Concluding, the one time i dont have my id they ask me for my id and i say "i come here all the time" they ask me to leave and they loose there weekly special customer! The store has great things just bad people.

The cookies here are super sweet, gigantic, and delicious.Ive tried the double choclate and the chocolate chip walnut cookie and both were awesome.I like my cookies a little on the chewy side and their cookies are spot on.The cookies are $4 each but well worth it. One cookie can be split among two people.The cookies are well worth the trip.

Bought 2 bags of ice and they were melted. They said they had told the company that the freezer was not working. They should tell customers as soon as they ask for 2 bags of ice and are charged. Then water was on the floor and they just ignored it. I had to pull as basket over the water to prevent a fall.

This Kroger was clean. Employees vreetef me as I walked down the isles. I needed help with the price of one thing and the shelf was empty of another thing I was looking for. Both employees in the meat department stopped what they were doing to help me separately. Afterwards they both wished me a good day.

One of the friendliest Krogers that Ive been to. Check out clerks are always smiling,mgrs are always on the floor asking if you found everything you needed. Store is always clean. Pharmacy is out of this world with the clerks and Pharmacists being so informative on your meds. Awesome place to go and shop!

Clean store, great customer service from the staff here. There was quite a few people in lines and not enough open cashieres but all of a sudden you saw additional staff opeing up the lanes to assist the customers in the lines. My wait was minimal and the service was great.

Like most Krogers they have pretty fresh food and I went there late at night but I was still able to check out really quick, back by the dairy they had a whole lot of milk on sale for $0.25 so if you watch this place for good deals the manager discounts them quite well

Cashed was friendly and greeted me as I entered his line and the bagger was very nice and assisted me with my groceries. The deli lady was also so helpful and the stocker stocking the juice was very friendly. Over all customers service was good.

Kroger is very organized and fully stocked. The employees were SUPER helpful when trying to find diabetic friendly foods. Check out is quick. Very great location. Im from out of town and I see consistency, which is also great!

I prefer not to go to this particular store. Their selection isnt as big as some of the other stores and the employees arent always friendly. A while back one of the sackers even spoke judgmentally about some of my purchases.

This location is pretty average and an older, smaller location. It can occasionally be difficult to get help in the aisles, but usually its not a problem. The store is clean and the checkout lines are never too terribly long.

Krogers rocks and this one jams!! Huge store, very well kept with stocked shelves, clear aisles, smells wonderful, clean, clean, clwan. Staff was very quick, efficient, friendly and polished. GO KROGERS!!!

They ladies there are really nice and helpful and when youre not familiar with a product theyre patient enough to explain you the difference and even give you a sample! :) Love this deli!

This Kroger is a little run down, but it is always clean. The employees are always helpful and courteous. It is a smaller than most Krogers, yet I can almost always find what I need.

Nice store,but rude and very prejudiced staff.Especially the tall female manager called Cathy I think,so sad racism still exists in this day and age.Where can you make a complaint?
