I highly recommend this Kays store! Our first experience with this store we dealt with Robert and he helped us beyond measure! We had a bad experience with my wedding ring from another Kays store that resulted in extreme dissatisfaction and frustration. Robert was a life-saver and every chance I get I tell people about his store and how much he helped us. Our second experience with this Kays store my husband bought me earrings for our anniversary that coordinate with my wedding ring. We had a very fun experience in this store with Mary & Megan who were both equally helpful and accommodating!!!

I sent my ring in because one of the little diamonds came out. That was July 17th. There promise date to have it fixed was August 5th. I called August 4th to make sure it would be in and they said they were shipping it on the 5th. It wasnt there on the 5th called back said it would be in on Monday. Call back Monday they said it would be in on Tuesday the 9th. Came in today...they say it will be in tomorrow.. lies lies lies. For all I know my wedding ring is missing. Upscale scam artists. No loyalty, no integrity company

Best service Ive received when looking for an engagement ring so far. Marisela was extremely helpful and patient. She had plenty of suggestions when it came to what I was looking for, and when it came to something I was considering looking at, she went above and beyond to research and find an even better ring. Perfect prices but most of all, perfect sevice. I will definitely will recommend this location to others.
