I went in to have a coin checked for any information that they could give me and first lady was rude and snappy so when I ask for a second opinion she had a gentleman come out and he was just as rude and snappy and as I was proceeding to walk out I said well theres got to be other professionals I can go have another opinion because clearly they showed they had no intention of actually answering any of my questions or assisting me with what I went into the business location for which was knowledge of a very specific coin. After I said this to myself the female then in a very rude very loud voice said "bye have a good day" only this time she said it in a rude obscene and unprofessional tone of voice with a matching demeanor. I then turned around and said you know you guys dont need to be rude to me I just simply came in here to get information on a very specific coin I said that was immature that was childish very unprofessional grow up and walked out the door as I told them Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for their rude Behavior both of their mouths opened wide as their eyes got wide

I buy coins from kearney coin center on a regular basis and go d them to be quite professional and very personable! They have assisted greatly in helping me start my own silver and copper collections and have helped us find reasonably priced wedding rings. They are very knowledgeable about coins and bullion and have always been willing to educate me , even though I am only a casual collector.

Coin show - too busy talking to buddies to even acknowledge me twice. First time couldnt look at the Walkers as their buddy was covering the case. Second time too busy talking to another buddy. Lost 1 to 2K in sales. Wont even bother looking at their tables. In response to yours - the second time BOTH of you were talking to a person and it wasnt about coins.

Great experience! On my first visit with them they took their time to answer my specific questions and educate me on what I had. Ive been able to upgrade several pieces with their expertise. Its a must stop when Im in Kearney and I always look for them at the shows. Young, energetic, knowledgeable and so friendly!
