Just had the worst experience with a "brand-name" name retailer. We bought a boys bicycle from this Toysrus and paid assembly. In a few weeks use, the chain start to drop frequently, which is a huge road safety issue for a 6-year old to handle. We took the bicycle back to the store and the manage Joey took our case and we experienced the worst management and customer care. This Joey, who declined to reveal his last name, turned out be rude and arrogant. He offered no help, but used endless excuses to decline my request for an exchange for the same model. First he claimed bicycle chains are not covered by warranty, then he said Toysrus holds zero responsibility for bicycles they sell and all we can do is to contact the manufacturer. Lastly he claimed they had zero liability since we did not buy any protection plan. Joey refused to show us any written claims about warranties and return/exchange policies and claimed what did was by convention of the business. In the store, a staff was trying to see the problem and broke the chain in front of everybody in a few seconds. After refusing to disclose his last name and anything in writing, Joey forced us out of the store. During the whole experience, they did not offer anything constructive, like a repairer shops name, the manufacturers contact. They pretended totally like this was nothing to do with their business. This neighborhood store was not our favorite but we have spent at least thousands of dollars for the past several years. This kind of customer service was unexpected. I am not sure this is just a single store managers behavior or the culture of the whole corporation. Ill certainly raise this toward their corporate ladder.

This store is horrible. Was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to see what i needed to do about a crib head board exchange. Manager said sorry we were too busy to answer the phone. Furniture supervisor called me 4 hours later saying couldnt expedite new headboard even though I have my nephew is staying with me and got the crib for him. Said maybe a week if not they guess it would be 2 weeks delivery. Also, in store service is terrible. Their employees act like they are too good to help, slow, and lazy. No personality!!! This store needs to be looked at my UPPER management.

Fair fair prices I would recommend the store to friends and family plus is better than any other store they have all new sets there could not find infantry Scout car nor classic infantry at Walmart target or any store. So I really recommend TOYS R Us to family or friends.

Terrible service. I called the phone at least 4 times trying to ask a question and no one picked up. Came in store the same day and the employees were rude and after I asked for a game they left and never came back.Dont come here unless you like your time being wasted.

Do not go to this location. If you have no other choice, USE CASH ONLY. They will duplicate your charge and hold it for days on end. DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD. You will have to wait for the transaction to clear before they will do anything.... Just stay away.

FYI if you go around Christmas its expected that they would be out of a lot of stuff and cluttered! People dont know how to put stuff back where they got it if they dont want it!! Friendly staff very helpful and polite people that work here.

Store is always a bit cluttered. Dont expect to find the sales very worthwhile--items are typically out of stock or the gift card they give you will expire in a few weeks.
