Walked in late, wanted to know prices since I tried calling and couldnt get them on the phone. The guy behind the counter was completely rude. He treated me like I was an idiot and that I was a jerk for coming in late. They had 30 min until close and a client was in there. Taking time to talk to me doesnt seem too much to ask. I live near by so I figured dropping by wouldnt be an issue. I was wrong, but gal I went in so I know not to go there. He asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. He said sorry that we couldnt comply to your schedual. Im not asking you to comply to my schedule. Im not booking with you because youre rude. How about hey if you change your mind heres our number or something to get me back in the door. But there is no way in hell Im ever going back there. Especially if they treat potential clients like that.

My husband and I are both customers of this studio and we wouldnt go anywhere else. We have had work done there a few times now and dont understand all of the bad reviews. The place is very clean and professional. Weve never had anything but good service there. We would recommend getting your tattoo done by the owner Juan, if you have the option. If you dont, the other artists do great work as well. Their prices are good and their work is exceptional. Like they say, you get what you pay for. If your looking for a cheap tattoo thats exactly what youll get. These guys might run a little more than some other studios but its well worth the few dollars more an hour they charge. They are certainly not the most expensive in town. We are looking forward to getting more ink done here in the future. We already have the next few planned.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I myself have two half sleeves with chest plates that Stephen has done. I moved away from Houston but I drive over 500 miles to allow Stephen to finish his work with his touch. I witness great customer service from the artist even in the middle of a tattoo they will tell customer someone will be right with them. They usually have an apprentice that is working around the shop and helping customer as they walk in he is also doing things for artist to keep the flow going. Out of every tattoo shop I have stepped into from St. Louis to Seattle this place always has a great vibe some of the best artist in house and guest artist and would recommend this shop to anyone wanting high quality work at a fair price.

Douchelords!!!! walked in the men behind the counter judged me within seconds of walking in as someone who didnt deserve a piece from there.. talked to me like I was stupid and replied to everything I asked for with "no we cant do that" "it wont look good" .. the other man kept saying "paying customer paying customer" I would NEVER get something permanently done to my body by assholes like that. I walked out and didnt give them my business.

Originally went in to see Juan but what I wanted wasnt his style so he referred me to Stephen Followell. Being what I wanted was a difficult cover up we talked for a while until we were both satisfied it could be pulled off. Im waiting to schedule my 3rd appointment now and could not be happier with the results so far. Place is super clean and everyone in there is friendly and professional. This will be my tat shop for life.

Shitty service, almost like they dont want your money. I have over 10 tattoos and every time I have consulted with their artists, there is always a bullshit excuse as to why they cant work on a tattoo, not their style, not comfortable etc. I understand wanting to only put quality ink on people but these requests were simple and they treated me like crap and turned me away. Ill take my money to real artists.

Wolf customer service ever Linda tonight walk into the showroom nobody even talk to me for 25 minutes look like the Secretary was busy with something else give you guys a little advice I dont know about the quality of fuel tattoos a lot of people recommend you guys but I did I got the chance to get anything from you I wish you had a bit of customer service I will take my business somewhere else
