Outstanding customer service. I had called many shops and was looking for a specific style of frame and a specific unique shape and size of lens and Luxe Optix was the only one who could make it happen. I cant say enough about the great service and experience I had with Andy. They have a wide variety of unique frames and you will find what you are looking for. We were so impressed that I bought 2 pairs of regular glasses, a pair of sunglasses for myself and one for my wife. This is the only optical shop I will go to in the future

I searched all over Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, & North Fort Worth looking for frames and, by far, they have the best selection and quality! Eldar was great and they had my frames ready with lenses in about an hour. I purchased the lens warranty for scratches and replaced my lenses about a year later, and again they had my frames ready super fast. Great customer service and they know their product! Eldar also provided me an insurance form to mail off and I got reimbursed from my vision insurance no problem.
