Colleyville Vision Associates is one of the finest medical service practices I have encountered (and in my 7th decade I have observed a few...). Over 20 years ago, I met Dr. Helbert-Green as I searched for a vision care provider near my workplace. After several years of working with her, she opened her own vision care office, Colleyville Vision Associates. It was a bit further away from my office, but well worth the additional drive to get the care I wanted. Dr. Helbert-Green is not only knowledgeable and talented in her field, but has a genuine concern for and connection with her patients that totally establishes trust. She has a staff who reflect her values and are so friendly and easy to work with. Now, two years after retirement from my corporate job, I travel 38 miles each way to continue vision care with Dr. Helbert-Green and Colleyville Vision Associates. I hope this confirms my commitment and extreme satisfaction with the professional services and customer relationship I have with this organization.

I am always impressed by both the professionalism and courtesy at Colleyville. The minute you walk in the door the greetings are warm, efficient and inviting. The staff are efficient smart and kind all at the same time. No doubt this is something that Dr Green encourages and promotes since it is exhibited by every one. My wife and I have had to chang insurance providers a few times and we always check to ensure Colleyville Vision is on the list of providers and if not we make any changes so we can continue to use Colleyville Vision.

These folks put the different company lenses then what we agreed and tried to sell them. Never had this sort of experience with any vendors/business in this country. Folks at the lobby treated us very badly, when we asked about this. Please never ever visit this place, you would end up with a loss and bad service, for sure.

They have been helpful in directing us to eye specialists outside their fields. They are certainly our go to for eye care.

All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Horn gave a thorough exam and told me about “computer” glasses which I had never heard of, even after having glasses for 25 years. She was fantastic as was David Butler who fitted me for my glasses. I highly recommend this group.
