I purchased frames and lenses less than a year ago. I specifically asked for no AR coating. Recently, the AR coating began to peel (as they always do and why I told them I didnt want AR). JC Penney lied and told me the coating wasnt on there, even though you can clearly see colors reflected back in the lens (a clear sign of AR). They then told me I had to purchase new lenses to get the product I originally ordered. This location does not stand behind their product and, in my opinion, they are not honest.

I recently ordered two pair of glasses from here, thinking it was a good deal. Needless to say, they both came back with the wrong prescription in them and had to be sent off again for nearly two weeks. When they came back a second time, theyre still wrong. I will NEVER use this optical again!!!! My eyes are to precious for this crap!!!!
