-10 stars. These people are deceptive in their disclosure about the cost of glasses. Told me 3 times they have a mix and match for $300 or half off if no insurance or buy one get one free. Picked the lenses and frames, went to check out and its $810!!!! Of course I halted the order and asked why the difference. They said oh, yeah, huh. Ok. $485. I said what happened to half off of $300?????. They said that was 40% off. Ok...what happened to 50% off? so they dropped the price to $405. I relented since my sons glasses are hard to find. I ended up finding out my son gave them an old prescription so I called the next morning to cancel the prescription and dont know how long it will be before he picks up a new one. Asked for a refund. Nope, too late, you signed the line lady. I said that they havent filled the prescription so it should be no problem for a refund, and if I have to come down there, Ill make a stink. They said then we will call the police. I said, for demanding a rightful refund???? Yes maam. I said, well all the reviews of this place are TRUE!!!! This is how far these people will go to stiff you!!!! Told me to call the manager on Friday, putting me into past the legal 3 days to get a refund. So I said fine, I will bring you a letter that states to NOT FILL THE ORDER SO THERE IS NO ISSUES LATER and that I want a refund because I am in and out of town and have no guarantees if and when my son will return with the correct prescription. They were ok with that. Then told me which store the manager will be at in the next 2 days. I have also called my bank and got a dispute number for my debit just in case the manager gets stinky. I suspect he will since the employees have free range of being asses at the drop of a hat. Hes obviously condoned this behavior all in the name of sales. This business is too highly priced and the quality is nothing special, if not low end quality. They use deceptive and intimidating practices. They dont scare me, only them stealing my money and not honoring rightful business practices.

This review pertains to the optician not the glasses portion of the business. I phoned in my optical benefit information and was told that the cost for my appointment would be $40. At checkout I was charged $76 because the doctor had "checked me for astigmatism". I was never consulted during the course of my appointment about whether I was okay with that portion of the exam. I specifically told the doctor at the beginning of the exam that I did not want toric lenses, that they hurt my eyes and I threw away a 6 months supply previously. He ignored my wishes and prescribed a toric lens and doubled the exam cost without my consent. To be very clear, the extra part of the exam that pertains to astigmatism involves a few more options when the lenses are flipped, "Which is better A or B?" I will not be returning to this office. Im afraid that the convenient location on Cooper shields them from the consequences of these consistently poor ratings and testimonials. But Im writing another in an effort to do my part. My previous experiences with other Pearle locations have always been so positive that I failed to read reviews before scheduling an appointment. My mistake!

Im very sorry 1 star is the lowest rating. Its too high for this place. I was promised 2 weeks for my glasses. after 3-1/2 weeks, I got a call that they were in. I couldnt make it in during the week, but went Saturday at 5:10. They were closed,even though the sign in the door says until 6, Google says 6 and the Pearle Vision website says 6. When I called today to find out what happened, I received very rude attitude and was told they are independently owned and can close whenever they want. Avoid this place!

Its been over 2 months and I havent received my glasses. I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription glasses and received a second pair for free. The first pair came in with no problem but when I declined the second pair because they werent to my liking, it all fell apart. Its been over two months and still no glasses. The last excuse was that UPS lost my package! Unbelievable

Never go to this place to buy glasses! They have terrible customer service. I had the same problem as "A Google User". Ordered glasses and never got them. I had to call every day in order to find what happened and was told they were being shipped. After not receiving my glasses for a month I canceled my order.

The dr was ok. But the glasses side totally sucked and had horrible customer service. The two lazy fat dudes that hide behind the counter when you walk in are the worst at doing anything besides play with each other and their phones. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Well, I guess I should have read the reviews before going here. I ordered and paid in full for my glasses that I need badly to see 15 days ago. I called to inquire and was put on hold for 25 minutes. No one called me back either. Very poor customer service

These people are horrible. The doctors are fine but the receptionists and the front store staff is horrible. They are so rude and completely not helpful. One star isnt isnt even good enough for this place. I will definitely not be coming back here.

Ive ordered a pair of safety glasses a month ago and first I got them without side shields. Returned them and still waiting to get them back. They need to get organized or they will lose the few costumers they have.

Horrible experience paid for contacts that I needed badly @ time of exam. I waited 2 weeks to learn they were not ordered. And basically told it was my fault. Horrible place
