Definitely last resort type of place. Much like any pawn shop youll have to negotiate your prices. However, this place has a consistent record of taking advantage of desperate people. Youre better off going into Pleasant Grove. I came in here during the summer time right before starting my internship needing some extra cash to commute from here to workplace. They definitely did not know electronics and tried to give 1/4 of the value of the electronic in question. Now as a college student coming back from College Station, I knew Id have to carry certain type of demeanor to get my way, but Im pretty sure just looking a young Latina woman theyd thought theyd have it easy. Ive lived in this area most of my life until I went to college and was severely appalled at their business practices. I ended up going to a sketchier location in Pleasant Grove, but I atleast was treated in a courteous manner and got 1/2 the retail value, which is pretty much standard practice if its a device that has the box included and is brand new. To make matters worse, I dont think Ill ever return to this pawn shop. I bought my first fishing pole with Dad here as well as other things, but I will never come back. The reviewer before me commented on their inattentiveness, and that is definitely true. No one is happy going to a pawn shop to get gas money, and they definitely made things worse. They know theyre the only pawn shop in Seagoville, and definitely take advantage of it. Ive seen family members go through the same thing, but this is where it really got personal. If I could rate this experience lower I would.

Its like many other pawn shops when it comes to prices. They are always willing to negotiate from their retail starting price. But finding someone to help you and approach you may be difficult. If you dont mind interrupting their snack time or getting the dagger-like stare when you interrupt their "Good ol Boy" conversation, or pulling the staff away from their TV show theyre likely to be watching, you might just find yourself a good deal. If youre expecting to be treated like a valuable customer, you might want to try a different pawn shop.

This Is the wife of Albert Copeland. I want to share the TERRIBLE experience I had with this place!!! We will NEVER go back there. Not only was the employee very rude to us, he was NOT very helpful either. He stood there watching like a lazy wuss while I struggled to get in the door with my merchandise! Most people or dealers Ive dealt with are much friendlier and accommodating. Needless to say, they did NOT get our business, nor will they EVER !!!!!

customer service is out the window, the clerks are lazy and rude. its an imposition for them to help you out, and when they finally do theres all this attitude. I would say maybe I caught them on a bad day, but theyre jerks all the time. the store is nice but their prices are full retail. this is a pawn shop the stuff is used no warranty so youd expect to catch a deal. good with that at this place.

They told me that they still had my computer according to their inventory only to tell me after paying to get it back that it was gone. Afterwards they short me $20 of money owed back to me. Crooks

They dont inform you when its close to the end of your grace period then they dont update their computer system when they sold your item. Never doing business here again they are no good.
