I went in to get a loan on a few items. An autographed Payton Manning jersey with COA from a reputable company, another spots collectible valued low end at 300 bucks, and about 15 new in the box case knives Ive been collecting for years. They ranged from 40-100 bucks each. I am fully aware Pawn Shops, or most of them , not loan much on anything. This dude says the jersey isnt worth much because the COA wasnt from one of two places and that they sell Case knives for 10 bucks apiece new. I call bull#?*! on that!! He offered, his words,"Nowhere close to 300 dollars!" I took my items and went 20 miles down the road to Premiere Pawn in Terrell and was loaned triple what that dude offered. They are great guys and actually take the time to actually do a little research on your items value. And, I called them on my way over there and let them know Id be arriving about 10 minutes after their closing time, and they waited on me. If you want to pay retail price for used items, or take it up the a** on a loan the Superstore is for you!! I highly recommend making the drive over to Premiere in Terrell!! Great guys who will treat you fair!!

My experience shopping at American Pawn was OUTSTANDING!!! The staff is so friendly, informative and helpful, especially Jorge. He was one of many friendly faces that greeted me upon my arrival to the store. He explained the different types of smart televisions they had on hand. At the time I was just browsing for a television, but I asked him to contact me if they received any 60-70" television. Less than two weeks later my phone was ringing!!! It was Jorge informing me that he had a few televisions just in for me to view. (At a WONDERFULLY REDUCED price) My transaction was effortless as I used their 90 day layaway plan. This was my first time purchasing from a pawn store, but it wont be my last. Thank you very much American Pawn for all your friendly smiling faces. -Veronica B

American Pawn Superstore is a great store and is unlike any pawn store that you might have experienced. People like Art, Flipp, Gilbert and Jason are very personable, fair and honest people. They will go the extra mile to help you in any way that they can. From my perspective, the employees of this store project a caring and genuine concern for the customer. This is not by accident and I suspect that someone at the top is very humanistic and believes that people should be treated with dignity and respect. This store does that and more. Additionally, the inventory of this store is remarkable. I would say their motto should be, "if you dont see something here that you need or like today, come back tomorrow!" This is a fun store to shop with fair prices!!!

I have only been there twice, the first time about a month ago I went to pawn my expensive professional hand-made flute so that I could make a car payment... Russell was the one that I pawned it to, and he made such a horrible experience for me SO much better. He is kind, very respectful, and genuine. I returned yesterday to pick up my flute, and I waited to make sure I got Russell again, even though others were open at the time. Not only is he gorgeous, Russell gives great customer service! This guy definitely rocks!! I say give him a raise! ;]

If youre trying to sell musical equipment, venture somewhere else. Better luck online, like Craigslist, or through the hassle of Guitar Center. Youll be taken as a fool with the low-balling prices they offer on high end, great condition equipment. Tried to sell a 4x12 speaker cab that originally cost $300, they offered $50 at most like i was an idiot. Of course, their deals on most other stuff is usually fair, music equipment, not so much.

Stop by for a break from traffic! This place is nothing like those TV shows, they will work with you if youre being reasonable. Ive gotten all my guns here. Ive gotten all the TVs for my house here. The restrooms are clean and extremely modern. I stopped by to check their inventory constantly on the way home from work, and youd be smart if you did the same. You might steal a deal for me. I want to model my house off of there restroom.

Every time I visit this pawn shop I have a good experience. The staff is extremely friendly and they always help you find what youre looking for. I came in looking for a tv and walked out with one for a great price. And they always have tons of movies and the ladies at the jewelry counter as well as Kaycee always help me find what Im looking for. Ive been going there for years and I would recommend it!

Horrible customer service. Several employees walk right by you and they werent even busy with other customers! Refuse to do business with a place like this! I will definitely contact there headquarters to let them know of the horrible service this store has not only provide once, but twice! Thought it would have been different a second time, but nope, not at all!

This is quite possibly the biggest pawn shop Ive ever seen, its almost a pawn warehouse! They have a huge selection of practically everything (especially video games) and Ive always found their prices and sales people to be the best around. Its a bit out of the way, but whenever Im in the area I always make sure to stop by.
