I did not have a good experience with a custom print order at this store: - I watched the employee waste 2 pages of my special paper as she tried to figure out how to print it so that it was oriented correctly. - I requested my project be folded, but I wasnt told until the next day (when they were calling to notify me that my order was ready) that their folding machine was broken. I had to rush my project to a different store to get folded and hope that it would be finished in time for me to leave town for my event. - I was quoted $108, but they be bill came out to $155. They eventually applied coupons to match the original quote, but keep in mind that my original quote included folding, which they were not able to complete. - I asked lots of questions about making the text was centered, and they assured me that they would check that it was centered. My final printout was not centered. Lesson learned: - Insist on a hard-copy proof of every single item before finalizing, even if they try to assure you that they will check your project. - Have them perform ALL folds and cuts during the proof process to make sure their equipment is working. - Always provide extra paper in case they waste your paper while they are learning. - Always get a printout of your quoted price. - Go somewhere else!

First time here! Got labels printed for a cd. There was a line but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff, Stephen was working at the print booth and was fast and handled multiple customers. Even told me right away he would be with me shortly. After he finished helping me he told me about some other stuff I may be interested in. If he hadnt shown me these things I wouldnt have known. I will be returning for more promo items for my business! Thanks Stephen!

Ordered my business cards here before and they were great so I ordered the same again. Thick stock with gloss. What I recieved was not thick or gloss. Easily half the thickness of my old card and no where near the sheen of the card that had been riding around in my work truck for a year. If you order your cards here dont expect much more than your home printer paper because its not. Cancelled the order and switching suppliers.
