Ive never once written a review but our experience was SO bad that I will break that tradition. I tried to give it NO stars. This is horrible store. Bad service. Idiots for salespeople. My daughter was charged $178.00 for her new balances by Rachel. Rachel screwed up the transaction. The money was withdrawn from my daughters bank account but Rachel refused to hand over the shoes. My daughter even showed her the transaction on her mobile banking. But Rachel still did not hand over the shoes because there was a problem with the computer. Which would have been okay if Rachel had refunded the money or cancelled the transaction. But instead, Rachel kept the money and the shoes. My daughter was traumatized and came home. When we called to ask what happened, Miguel snidely informed us that the manager, who was absent, would have to decide the proper steps to follow. So now we are waiting on Evelyn Sinott, the manager, to find out if New Balance just stole money from a 17 year old who was so proud to buy her first pair of tennis shoes by herself. It was going to be her first purchase.

Worst service ever! I went in with my mother and sister since they both needed shoes. Out of 4 Reps working, only one could help us at a time since we were all together. After sharing some customer service pointers with one Rep, she tried to justify why they wait on groups one at a time. Ridiculous customer service. I feel sorry for this employer who is paying people to sit around and lose service for the company for being so lazy and unprofessional.

This location is on the small side and gets crowded easily. Also the area where is it located is not easy to manuver and parking is sparse. I have been to 3 locations. Huebner is the biggest but has shady and not entirely honest staff. One at the Forum is mid sized, has helpful staff, and the easiest parking. So if you are near this location and need these shoes, have time and patience to deal with the parking then stop in.

I have been running for years with the wrong running shoes. My feet and legs have always been in sore/pain. I decided to go into the store and buy a pair of running shoes. Dominic was very helpful, he is very knowledge and my soreness has deceased. I will return to purchase a pair of in-soles for my everyday shoes.

I was burning through a pair of sketchers ever 3 months so I went to New Balance and they were extremely helpful. My shoes now last a lot longer and are more comfortable.
