This store is the best store for runners Ive ever been in. The service is awesome, the staff is so nice, friendly, helpful and they are always willing to help you and hear you. They know what they are talking about when they recommend you something because they are runners too so they wont try to make you buy something just because they want to make money, they care that you leave the store happy and satisfied. If you never run and want to start running this is the place to go to buy your tennis shoes, just tell them what you are up to and they will be happy to help you, they will take their time with you to see which pair is the best for you. The running clothes are awesome and they always have a rack with clothes on sale outside the store.

The staff was extrememly knowledable, professional and polite. I was helped by Jeremy and he made my first fleet feel experience very positive. He knew a lot about the products and the affect of each shoe on my running style. He spent a lot of time to help me choose the correct shoe. I was very impressed and felt important. It is honestly the best experience Ive had in a store that I can remember. I also had a small conversation with another employee by the name of Leah. She was just as pleasant! My new shoes are great and I would recommend this store to anyone in the San Antonio area, local or visting.

My school mentor who is a physical therapist and an experienced triathlete from SA Bike Shop both highly recommended me to wear Newton Shoes for my upcoming Ironman 70.3, which this place carries a variety of. Got me my first pair of Newton Fates and these are the best shoes I have ever worn! The staff are genuine, friendly, and were able to properly fit me into pair. I havent experienced any foot, ankle, knee, or hip problems during long distance training froming running on hard surfaces (14 mile sessions on the Riverwalk Mission Trail). Will definitely continue doing business with them.

This was an excellent running store. I went to a store with high reviews and had high expectations. They not only met but went above and beyond any expectation I had. They helped to fit me with shoes for my specific running style. They did not push any specific or high priced shoes on me, but sold me what was right for me. Overall, an excellent store for running gear. Another plus for this already amazing store, they are kid friendly! I would recommend this store to everyone!

Entered the store and was helped by Paul right away. After looking at my feet, having me walk, and measuring, he came out with 4 pairs of shoes. He had me try them on, and I found an awesome pair of shoes. He did not push a more expensive pair, or accessories, but instead focused on what I needed. The price for the shoes with military discount was far cheaper than any online store (90 instore, 105 on zappos). If I stay in San Antonio, I will be coming back!

This was my first experience shopping with these guys...I got stuck in traffic on Sunday and called down 15 minutes before they were closing and the young gentleman that I was talking to told me to go ahead and come in. We got there right at closing and he helped me and provided the same service they wouldve during business hours. You dont really find that any more...its good to know there is still some great service out there these days. :)

Im a new runner, and I really appreciate the knowledgeable staff and their honesty about what I truly need to get started. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to, and very supportive. Im just at a 15-minute mile, and the folks at the store were really encouraging, saying Im still faster than anyone sitting on a couch!

Im one of those guys who believes that a proper fitting shoe is essential for training and preventing injuries. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and have great personalities. They have a lot of miles under their feet, which is invaluable! They also offer 10% off to the military!

Im a running novice, but Ive gotten some great shoes and other products from Fleet Feet twice. Everyone takes the time to listen to me and what Im trying to accomplish. They give good product suggestions, do a thorough measurement of your feet, and then they help you test the shoes.

Great service. If you are looking for new running shoes this is the place to go. They dont have a huge selection of shoes but they will find a shoe for you. They measure your feet and analyze the way you walk. I highly recommend this place if you want great service and a great shoe.

Staff was polite and extremely knowledge. I have issues with nerve damage, a heel spur, and plantar fasciitis. I found a great pair of shoes and inserts at a reasonable cost. Now I am pushing the pavement in comfort.
