Poor customer service and horrible overall experiance. I was double charged for a Jersey and I was told they were very busy so I had to call back the next day. After explaining the dire need for the funds to be reversed the employee seemed frustrated with me and during her over talking me said it wasnt her company, she was not the owner and that the manager would call me when they could. I got upset ofcourse so I said "what a way of taking ownership" she replied "whatever" and went on and on to the point I just hung up. I called back moments later to hopefully speak with someone else and no one ever answered my call again. I called the Rivercenter Mall for help and they were very nice and willing to help.

Told on 9/3/16 that on 9/5/16 the Nike Cowboy Tennis shoes would be in Stock They neglected to say that they only sold Mens shoes beginning wt size 9 .
