I recently went to this store in North Star Mall to exchange a pair of sunglasses I had purchased online through Oakley. I walked into the store mid-day during the week. I believe there was one other customer in the store while I was there. I started looking for another pair of sunglasses to exchange, the pair I purchased online didnt fit the way I wanted (the lenses kept touching my eyelashes). When a store clerk came by to ask if I needed any help, I explained to her my situation and that I wanted to exchange my online purchased sunglasses (which I had a receipt for) for a pair that had a better fit. She kindly assisted me, and I was able to find another pair that I liked. When I went to the front to check out, the store clerk proceeded to get the case for the new sunglasses and to look over my receipt to make the exchange. At this point, another woman (Im guessing she was the manager of the store) began scolding me for trying to exchange my online purchased sunglasses for the retail store sunglasses. I explained that I did not know, that I had assumed that I would be able to exchange them since I purchased my sunglasses on Oakleys site. She says to me, "No, because were the retail store, and theyre the online store." She continues with, "Its right here... (pointing to my receipt). Meanwhile, the young lady that assisted me is saying absolutely nothing. Rather than throw her under the bus, I remained quiet. The manager gave me an annoyed look and finally exchanged my sunglasses. Wow! Talk about the worst customer service Ive ever received. What I shouldve said was, "Ok, Ill return my sunglasses to Oakley myself and purchase another pair somewhere else. Good-bye!!!"

Excellent customer service at this location! I recently bought my first pair of Oakleys from Erik Carvajal and he was very professional and courteous. He allowed me to see several different lens and frame combinations until I found the one I liked and he never once made me feel rushed. He even explained to me how the warranty for the glasses worked and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. Fast forward a few weeks and one of my beautiful new lenses received a nasty gash from the included hard shell case. I made sure I took every precaution to protect my new investment, so needless to say, I was pretty bummed. I happened to be at the mall today and went by the store with my original receipt that I kept in my car, seeing what they could do for me. The rep (whose name I forgot to ask) politely apologized for the issue I had and replaced the damaged lens on the spot! Not only that but he also replaced the hard shell case that had originally caused the issue. I will definitely going be returning to this store for more glasses in the future and would highly recommend anybody else do the same. Employees like this seems to be a rarity nowadays, its refreshing to see such high quality customer service! Thanks guys!

Had a warranty issue with one of my set of Oakley Sunglasses. I called the customer service number and they sent me here to swap parts. They had excellent customer service. It took some time to do the exchange because all of the parts of the exchanged sunglasses had to be documented. Even with the extra steps, they had them switched out as fast as they could manage. Definitely doing business with them again.
