If I could give the store manager a negative impact would... I ask an associate if they where getting a n item in again and she as her store manager if he can look up to see if they where getting it again and he said so RUDELY I MEAN RUDELY ...NO!..again just NO! VERY LOUD ...JUST NO! WITH OUT LOOKING IT UP.. I work for a big company which I am a customer service manager..I would never again NEVER expect this...the associate was more the great..Im so upset with the service of the store manager ..Im hoping the gets to his corporate office...again in so upset..

Went in and it seemed like a cool place but the prices were expensive. Thought since its a outlet the prices would be cheap. Nope. Some of the items were priced a few dollars more than Walmart and HEB etc. The guy who was over on the makeup side of the store had a staring problem. I guess it would be ok to run in for a few things. But its definitely not worth it

I was incredibly unimpressed. The prices were almost all uniformly high and most of the items were old and on the verge of expiring. Even ramen was .09 more expensive than other places. I suppose as niche stores go this was like a better stocked clearance store with small town convenience store prices. Not worth it. The workers though were nice and friendly.

Hate to see business go bankrupt but this store sees like its heading that way with their prices so high, wish the manager would do some research at other local locations (99cents) to see how can they get some of the vendors. But looks like all that staff needs to go lazy cant even put prices on their items

I go here every once in a while to check out the deals. The employees are always friendly. Love looking at the dent and stratch sections even though most of the items there are barely even damaged. Price are always low and on top of the low price they will have discount stickers. Will be going back for more.

I was in Grocery Outlet on Austin Highway first time this week. I was so surprised as I really thought it would be out dated merchandise. I checked expiration dates on lots of products. Nothing I looked at was out dated.. I will be going back!

Bought pods for laundry they were expired and made my clothes smell. The liquid soap was almost brown instead of white. Pringles in case were bought and they were not expired but had an after taste. Dont waste your money here.

I found the best deal on paper towels and laundry pods here. They were having some special outdoor sale - Im going to have to keep up with when they do these sort of sales.

Incredibly helpful staff, awesome discounts on large selection of beauty products and very pleasant overall! Check out their dent/scratch aisle for basic necessities.

I went for the 50 percent off sale the prices were much better during the week the items I wanted were 4 dollars more today then they were yesterday I wont be back.

The only thing worth anything here is the scratch and dent items. The price on the regular items is equal or greater than HEB. Dont waste your time.

Very disappointing. Very little selection of items, especially name brand. Location is dangerous to enter and leave. Only one cashier on duty.

Specialty stuff if you look, can be at great prices day to day items a little high price but faster than going to HEB
