I enjoy HEB, employees are so nice and kind with the customers. We moved from Las Vegas where i have to pack the items by myself and Im happy to get here and being attended by HEB employees. Like yesterday a young guy cashier pack my 2L drinks amazingly putting 2 bottles of soda in one plasgoc bag and wrap the extremes around top of each bottle. So clever.. maybe people knows how already. I didnt but those little details make our life easy. Thank you.

Yesterday my husband wasnt feeling well because hed gone too long without eating. An HEB employee noticed and asked him what was wrong, then immediately brought him a chicken wing and a cup of water from the deli. She was so sweet and kind! Ive always loved HEB for their selection and prices, but their excellent staff is simply unmatched. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best grocery store in the country.

This location is ok. Its not like the great Market places out here in San Antonio, but it has what we need. I think the one thing they really need to improve on is the layout of their parking space. There is actually some sitting area with a tree in between parking lanes and supposedly is only a one-way. Well, Ive seen some people ignore this rule. They just need to get rid of it. That is whats dearly needed; causes car buildups there.

This heb has the bare minimum compared to other HEBs...quite honestly, its an embarrassment to Mr Butt..i know renovations were done recently but it never has anything more to offer than the bare essentials and quantity is poor.i actually drive out of my way to the heb plus on 1604 and potranco since its better than any other heb close to me (seaworld)

This is an older and smaller HEB. They dont stock everything all the time - and items that you might like tend to disappear quickly should management decide that the item doesnt sell well enough. Overall though I have never had any issues with this HEB, and it is a consistently clean and a well organized store to shop at.

Its close to where I live and has everything I pretty much need as far as a grocery store goes. Plus, the prices are reasonable on their groceries. I love their sushi choices too. You can call your order in advance and pick it up within 20 minutes.

This location is always out of products. Have to go a few miles to other stores to get what i need. Management is nit helpful for ANYTHING. Male managers stand around chatting and drooling over women shoppers.

Very unsatisfied with the service from the pharmacy. Quoted wrong prices and waited 1hr 30min for prescription to be filled (originally to be 30min). That kind of disregard for my time deserves 0 stars.

Always better than Wal-mart. The savings is minimal at Wal-Mart, and not significant enough to miss HEBs consistently solid good customer service, with greetings, assistance, and baggers.

HEB is the best. Wish this location had a Meat market but other than that its the best place to shop for groceries. This location is smaller than others but has plenty of selection

Local store has most of what we need, and if something you use has disappeared, you just request it at the front office and they will order it for you in most cases.
