I ordered flowers through Telefloral for my mother for what would have been her and dads 35th Anniversary. Someone at this business decided they needed MORE money for the arrangement I ordered. Instead of using what I would consider professional judgement and putting together something similar to the $56 arrangement I ordered, they refused to do it. Of course I cannot get a straight answer from ANYONE at The Gingerbread House not Telefloral. I am beyond furious with both places!!

I tried to call and make a phone order for flowers to be delivered and the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude I just hung up and called someone else. I have used them in the past and never has any problems. They just lost a long time customer.
