Of all the people and things that went into our wedding, Debra from Ben White Florist took care of the details. She went far above what was expected and showed that she really cared. Very responsive, extremely creative, and the flowers were far more beautiful than we ever expected. Debra arrived early and made sure everything was perfect. She even set up our sign in table, which our other vendor failed to do. Absolutely perfect and very affordable.

I placed and online order for delivery but then had to change it to a pickup. I called and they were very polite about it and even refunded my delivery fee. The flowers I ordered were all in great condition with no brown spots or wilting buds. The price was very reasonable for what I got and the staff in the shop were very quick and attentive when I went in to pick up my order. I will definitely be using this florist again.

I called them twice because I wanted a consultation for wedding flowers. I left them a pretty detailed message on colors, flowers and what I wanted. A week had passed, and they didnt call me back. I called and finally managed to speak with someone. That person told me my order was too small and they couldnt do it on time. That doesnt make sense - if its small, shouldnt you be able to do it? At least call me and tell me.

Called close to 5pm on a March 15th for early delivery in the Downtown Austin area for the16th. They were helpful over the phone and even emailed me a photo of the arrangement the morning of delivery. It looked great in person as my fiancée received many compliments on them. They stayed looking fresh and smelled great for almost 2 weeks! I was extremely pleased with their level of service and will use them again!

I ordered one of their "specials" for my Mothers birthday. I called in the morning of the date of delivery to request an afternoon drop off. They were very accomadating, and scheduled the delivery for my requested specific time. The arrangement was even larger than I had expected, and the flowers were in great shape. Beautiful! I will definitely be ordering from here again and would recommend.

I called and needed a same day delivery to my girlfriends office. I was online after noon and no one would fill a same day order. Called up Ben White florist and they said they could do it. Grace was very nice on the phone and gave me a few options based on the budget I had to spend. Overall great experience and last second life saver!

I rang Cliff at Ben White Florists on a Saturday with an urgent delivery in 1 hour. They were very understanding of the reason for the urgent delivery and willing to go out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered on time.
