I am in this store a few times a week. The gas station clerks are the most unfriendly people in the whole store. I walked into the gas station today, 3 employees: an older white woman, an older black gentleman, and a young woman with tattoos and red hair. Not a single person greeted me. As I stood at the counter with my items, the older lady behind the counter was too busy doing her inventory to even acknowledge me, the older gentleman finally finished what he was doing and came to the counter... not a "hi, how are you?" Or a "sorry for the wait" not even a mention of my total. NOTHING. I proceeded to finish paying for my items and told him to have a nice day. I wouldnt normally review a place based off of one bad experience, but these three are continually cold and unhelpful. Today was just the icing on the cake. Other than the gas station... the inside of the store is always clean and all the friendly employees seem to be inside. Never had an issue there. The only suggestion I would make besides giving the three gas station clerks a long lesson in customer service, would be making sure the child and baby carts are out of the sun. Theyre always sitting outside of the cart corral in the front of the store where they get the most sun making them way too hot to put children in.

Its close, but its their unorganized pick-up store, high prices, poor selections, and unprofessional customer service that is the problem. They were difficult, rude, and they lost our package from pick-up. Instead of searching for an item that was already scanned and signed off, they were lazy and told us that they couldnt find our second item. They gave us the phone number to customer service, despite the fact that they could refund or find the item while we were up there face-to-face with them. Our item is not only lost, but it is out of stock as well, so we have no choice but to ask for a refund. It was a very disappointing experience.

The staff from friendly and kind and polite they know where their merchandise is the reason they design these stores was to keep you out of Supercenters if you dont need to go to 1 the prices are competitive and they even have a pharmacy this particular one is at the corner of Toepperwein Road and Kitty Hawk in Converse Texas right outside I Live Oak almost parking lot might seem full the turnover goes pretty fast

The cashier was very nice and assisting me bagged groceries the way I needed to have them bagged. I misplaced my keys with in the store a young man went to get a young lady to assist me my last thought was in the restroom she went into the restroom located my keys I was one happy person so I was very pleased very pleasant experience thank you

Dont like the layout. Keep what you got going in your super centers, stop trying to be something else in this new division. Your never going to win the war against H-E-B in Texas, theyve been doing it right for too long & are deeply embedded into the local farmers markets. Your poor quality of produce will never be able to compete.

Clean, and in a nicer part of the area. There is only usually 1 open cashier, so they could improve on that.. but I usually use self checkout to go quicker. More work, but less wait. They even have pickup so you dont even have to go into the store! Will be frequenting here.

I really like this Walmart Neighborhood Market. Very clean and quiet. The reason for four stars is the check-out. All the registers are self check-out except two. Of the two with cashier s, usually only one is open. Makes for long lines even with the other self check-outs.

Trying out the grocery pick up at this store as its on my way home from work. Ive tried it with other locations and never any problems. This store (Rick) has the worst customer service, I will never be back again. I dont know why I ever left HEB.

Definitely more expensive than a regular Walmart I guess for the convenience of it all I dont know but I have no problem driving almost the same distance in the other direction to the Walmart Supercenter and pay cheaper prices

Great in a pinch. Has some items that are not found in your major chain grocery store. However the produce and bakery selections are limited and may cause you to still have to go to the other grocery store.

Convenient, but selection is rather limited when it comes to products and brands. Its good for essentials though and the wait at the cash registers tends to be reasonable, even at the self checkout lanes.

Brand new, clean, excellent staff, quick checkout, pharmacy delivery as well as grocery delivery! Has deli and fresh cooked rotisserie chickens! Get there early to get the chicken tho, theyre gone fast!

Eggs we purchased expired the next day, when we went back to exchange them the eggs on the shelf were expired prior to the store opening... Those same eggs are still there today (9/07)

I love to go grocery shopping where Im not walking miles back & forth and all I have to worry about is groceries, nothing else. Kind of old school but much friendlier and slower paced.

They do a really good job keeping the produce fresh, theres still a good variety of choices. Its like a super Walmart sans all the fluff. Its also conveniently close, cant beat that!

Its okay if your close but they always have short supply of meats. Hate going in a rush and finding empty shelves. Just take the extra 5 mins up the road and go to HEB!!!!

Customer service is lacking in this store. I would prefer driving a lil more and heading to the HEB instead. The place is clean but customer service makes it exhausting.

this place is horrible. If i go after 5pm, i can expect to find all kinds of things out of stock. Today most of the vegetable bins were either empty or almost empty.

Nice place, bigger than I thought. It has produce, meat market, groceries and even a pharmacy. And so close to home. Definitely the place to go for small groceries.

The people are really nice! They got pretty much everything for a tiny walmart the got grocery stuff a cosmetics and a little section of school Supply stuff.

I love this little market. Its perfect for picking up one or two things you need for a recipe. The service at their pharmacy is outstanding.
