Friendly and fast back in the bakery. Lose a star for the screaming over the pa, get some walkie-talkies. Lose another star for employees taking all the spots up front. Hard to park if you are elderly or disabled. Yes, I witnessed them getting into their cars. Didnt count off for the cleanliness and pallets in the aisles today. Weve just come to expect everything here to look like a tornado just hit. The new manager doesnt seem to have a grasp on the store yet. Update: The store is becoming more and more ghetto. Filthy. Boxes and pallets all over the aisles. Empty shelf after empty shelf. No frozen food. Teenagers blocking the entrances, just hanging out. And constant screaming over the PA instead of using radios. Rude checkers and staff. Crushed sacks. Empty deli. Meet the new manager, same as the old manager (to borrow from a catchy tune). It appears that management will need to change at a regional level to prevent this stores further decline.

Kroger has an incredible variety of foods. You can get a store guide from customer service and most of the staff is helpful when asked to find something. They do a great job adapting the store for holidays with food and non food items. I.e they provide special areas for Halloween food items, candy and masks, etc. And areas for Christmas foods, egg nog, cards, stocking stuffers, candy and even some pretty good gift ideas. Theres a full compliment of International foods too. Theres a sushi bar, a counter that sells fresh prepared foods like spanish rice, potato salad, fried rice, tamales, etc. There are other good grocery stores nearby but weve made this our go to store.

My husband and I stopped shopping at this Kroger due to our home being infected with fruit flies twice as a result of bringing home contaminated produce from this Sachse Kroger. Their produce department is filthy, and all it takes is moving around some fruit before a swarm of fruit flies can be seen. Avoid if you want to keep your home fruit fly free. In addition, we purchased some Salmon from the fish section that had a horrible stench when we brought it home and started to prepare it the same evening. We had to throw it away immediately, it was not edible. This is not a store focused on consumer safety and satisfaction in my experience.

This Kroger gas station is easily accessible off the 78 north bound lane and is only about 2 miles north of the President George Bush (Hwy 190). Very convenient and usually has low priced gasoline--usually about 10 cents lower than Dallas and Garland and about 6 cents lower than Rowlett. Clean, well lit and safe. The grocery store is one of the Signature Krogers so its larger than regular Kroger stores and they sell clothes and some furniture--kinda like a Wal-Mart with a smaller square footage. There are 5 self-checkout lanes so I like that because Im able to get in an out quickly as I please--especially when I stop to get only a few items.

This Kroger location stands out to me mostly because of its friendly employees and the efficient manner in which the store is run. Employees have always been helpful when assistance is needed finding or retrieving items in the asiles, and Ive never experienced an issue at checkout with coupons or payment methods. The only issue Ive experienced is the store running out of certain items, but I am visiting for the holidays and cannot fault the store for not being able to restock items constantly.

My second favorite Kroger. My first is off Shiloh and 190. I visit this one to get gas for my flex fuel vehicle. The inside is very expansive and open feeling. I had an issue where I didnt know there was a limit per transaction on a sale item. I went to customer service and the associate was really helpful. He gave me the difference between the two prices back without having to refund and repurchase.

Kroger in Sachse has clear aisles and lots of great pricing. The points earned are great when you can get $1.59 per gallon gas! Perfect! 3-6 - Unfortunately the policy has changed for prescriptions giving you "points". It used to be 50 points per prescription filled. Now it is for 1 prescription every 7 days. I may look for another location to fill my prescriptions now.

This is one of the only places near by that has E85 and almost the only place I fill up at. During the rush hours it is very busy. The reason I give it 3 stars is because I did get water saturated ethanol on one fill up. I noticed almost instantly after pulling away from the pump. I bought a fuel test kit and it did show water. But this hasnt happened again.

This Kroger is always very clean and organized. I come here to pick up groceries, renew my vehicle registration, and fill up on gas. Kroger is a bit more expensive than Walmart, but Im mostly paying for the convenience since I live right behind it. Theyre also open pretty late for those nights you forgot something you needed.

I wish I had a Kroger closer! Great selection and the ONLY local grocer with low carb yogurt! If I happen to drive by a Kroger I always stock up on yogurt. Sounds crazy almost, but when you realize "low fat" means high sugar, its worth a trip to a farther store. If I want a sugary dairy treat Id just eat ice cream!

Love this store, they make fresh sushi everyday right in front of you. Food selection is great. The cheese selection is great as well. The store is clean. Plenty of nice helpful employees. We shop here every week. I also buy all my gas from here as well using my fuel points to get as much as 30 cents a gallon off.

Well, first off, I love Kroger in general! This one is a block from my house. The workers and cashiers are so helpful and friendly. Ive never dealt with long lines at this location. The bakery can do anything you need. And I love that they hire people with special needs to assist with checkout! Such sweethearts!

The bakery service was decent they asked me and my boyfriend if we needed any assistance two separate times which was nice. We picked a decent cake and left, as we were getting in the car we took one last glance at the cake and spot mold in a strawberry. Safe to say were never going back to the Kroger again.

Superb Grocery Store for Weekly Shopping! Selection and prices seriously give Walmart a run for its money, especially for fresh food! Gas reward points are a great feature as I routinely pay 50 cents less every time I fill up. Good customer service and I have met many friends when shopping here!

Awesome customer service! Everyone rushing to help you find something or just stopping by just to say hello and see if you need help. Quick service. Have been checked out several times before on closed lanes by managers who saw lines getting longer. Glad its in my neighborhood

I shop here weekly, since it is near my home. Ive never had a problem here, I also fill up gas here. The only issue with gas station is over crowding, mornings, nights and such, the people from work wait in lines to fill up. Overall I would def rec this location.
