Mi experiencia en este rancho fue muy desagradable por que compre 60 libras de carnitas para un evento pero solo me dieron 30 libras (la ymitad) Se los hice saber alos encargados y su respuesta fue no podemos hacer nada por q no trae recibo finalmente hable con Otra encargada Quien reviso las la transaccion de la targeta para confirmar q realize la compra por la cantinas y las cameras para reviser q me dieron solo la mitad Pero cuando m communique con Ella nuevamente su respuesta fue q no podia hacer nada por q no Tenia mi recibo Que clase de encargados tienen?ellos confirmaron lo q yo les dije pero se escudaron con un recibo,no tenia sentido.....(se supone q por eso revisaron revisaron las cameras y las transacciones)

This place has great prices sometimes. I just came from there and the guy at the register took out our 20pk of coca-colas out of our basket to scan them and didnt put them back in. We unfortunately walked out put our groceries in the truck and didnt notice until we took all our stuff out that we were missing our sodas. My boyfriend went back and told them we didnt get out sodas and he stood there waiting for like 10-15 minutes until they reviewed their cameras to see if he was lying. Yes, reviewed their cameras!! Then said we walked out with them and its our fault. So when asked to view this camera/videogames that shows we walked out with them they said they couldnt show us because its against the law!! Are you kidding me!! Lol! So then they have him wait another 10 minutes and said that someone else (other cashier girl that was helping put it in our basket) so. They changed the story and still wouldnt show my boyfriend the video. I mean why would we waste our time going back for nothing! I made sure the basket was empty before putting it back in the cart holder thingy. Apparently thats not enough, I have to account for each and every item I put in the truck when loading them in! SMH , make it seem like we are theives checking the cameras! Do it, but be honest and show us the video!!

Well for starters Im speaking to a lady I assume is white in English she doesnt understand me so I start to speak to her in Spanish Im asking for ruby red grapefruit juice, I dont know I dont know second time I approach her I tap and she keeps walking and just fans are hand at me tells me she dont know bad customer service number 2 after waiting at the meat department for about 15 minutes only to be told that the meat on sale they dont have at the moment because the grinder is broken and they dont know when its going to be fixed I go to the front to get a manager that takes me another 30 minutes only to find that she doesnt know whats going on she then comes back and tells me itll be 3 hours later I request a raincheck and she says no sorry come back in 3 hours what the fuc really.

This place is great if you are looking for mexican grocery store. Be patient parking it is usually full. Greeted upon entering and given a circular. Great produce prices and selection, full service meat and seafood departments. Have a juice bar, hot food sold, bakery, ect. Full service without the feel of a bix box grocery chain. Only negative is check out, but if you enjoy people watching its fascinating.

We have dined at this place three (3) times now and we simply give up. The wait-staff is rude, roll their eyes, as they do not understand English well. Our orders are always incorrect. Wait-staff never returns to check on your the incorrect orders.....Nightmare! They should hire some English speaking staff as English is their first Language.

So there is a HUGE line at the registers that are open. I went to what looks like the manager and asked if all his cashiers were checking out. Didnt even pay too much attention to me. I HATE coming here cause every time its the same thing, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO PUT MORE CASHIERS OUT!! YOU LOST THIS CUSTOMER 4 SURE!!

Sweet place if you like the hispanic culture. It is quite the drive from where we are but it is often worth it because they are a lot cheaper as far as food goes for the house compared to just about anyone and they have a great selection.

Yes, they have great deals, but the meat department stinks. Its always packed and so hard to find parking. They have a lot of registers, yet so little cashiers actually working. Good selection of fruits and veggies too

Never come here! The cashiers are so slow!! You spend more time standing in line than you do getting whatever it is that you need from the store. Walmart cashiers are faster than every one that works here.
