I came in with a return- two pairs of shoes that I originally ordered from the Reebok website. I didnt have my packing slip with me, but the associate, Anton, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me return my purchase without any issues and use my store credit to make a new purchase. He even gave me some coupons for my next purchase. He was super nice, attentive and extremely helpful. Had a wonderful customer experience!

Other than the employee standing in a circle talking extremely loud the entire time I was in the store, I was able to flag one of the employees down during a brief break in their conversation. This seems to be the norm because i go into this store bi-weekly and the employees seem to be more worried about their social agenda then about he patrons visiting the establishment.

The Rockport substore was very disappointing. There was no staff on that side of the store, and no one from the Reebok side looked interested in coming over to help. Extremely limited selection as far as I could tell.
