I honestly feel like Im ripping this place off when I go in there. The experience there benefits my pup and I more than my cash benefits the company lol. 1. Customer Service: First and foremost, all of the employees there are amazing, and as a management consultant myself, it means even more to me then most when I walk in an establishment where literally every employee has a genuine smile on their faces and a warm attitude. Theyre also very attentive, and the moment I might be looking for something or have a question I dont even need to look for an employee, theyre right there to help. 2. Knowledge: I have to start off by saying that I wouldnt be surprised if every employee there was also a Life Coach for Fortune 500 executives. Whether it is subject matter knowledge about fitness, health, spirituality, or even personal, theyre insight is sound and is as legitimate and helpful as is the advice I relentlessly seek to obtain for my clients (who are execs). I may as well bring a notepad to take notes while I am there. You might as well be buying clothes from a hybrid of Dr. Phil, Oprah, and Tony Robbins. 3. The Products: The products here are amazing, as someone who has been an athlete at the college level, Airborne Infantry in the US Army, and a certified personal trainer and health coach, there are many beneficial, technological, and practical reasons why I have transitions from mostly Under Armor and 5.11 workout/training clothes to Lululemon clothes. Plus, the brand is just nicer to look at and more comfortable as well. 4: The Experience: When you combine all these thing, its an amazing experience that cant really be found anywhere else. From the start Im greeted by beautiful men and women. Then I take my clothes to try on in the fitting room and when I get to the room I see that my name is written on a sign on there. The funny part is that I dont even remember giving them my name. I know I gave them my pups name (Belle), but not mine, so they are attentive. Then I try on clothes and they give me great feedback. How do I know its great feedback? Because its not exactly what I want to hear, but what I need to hear. 5. The Cherry on Top: Its so dog friendly! This is the best environment for a dog, and Belle feels right at home. When I take Belle for her daily walks around the stores (since I live about them at The Residences) she always tugs at me to go inside Lululemon because of how much she loves everyone there. We couldnt be happier.

I love Lululemon as a brand--their products are pricey but great. However, I was less than impressed with the customer service I received. My friend and I arrived at the store and immediately checked the sales racks, looking for good deals. I moved over to the regular priced section to pick a few pairs to try on. The sales associate went out of her way to assist my friend, paying absolutely no attention to me and actually knocked into me as she walked by as if I wasnt even there. No excuse me. No apology. She went above and beyond for my friend, helping her to find what she wanted, and while I tried to brush off the feeling that she was treating me differently and attempted to make small talk about products for my needs, she promptly gave me a look and answered my question in the simplest way possible. The kicker-- In the end, I was the paying customer. My friend was just trying on things for the sake of trying them on, with the intention of MAYBE returning to purchase. I dont know why I was treated this way, but I will likely never find out. I will simply go to the San Marcos location (another 45 minutes down the road) the next time I need to get my Lulu fix.

Lululemon makes female and male athletic clothing but Ive never seen a guy in the line. Their clothes are high end and a pair of yoga pants will run you ~$100. That said theyre the highest quality on the market and wont wear out anytime soon. When going to this store youll get a high end clothing experience - water, personal advice, etc. There was a recent recall due to certain pants being too sheer but my wife had no problem exchanging for a new pair and was even given a gift card for the trouble.

You get what you pay for. The quality and customer service is great at the Domain store. You feel welcome and not pressured. I think the continuous burning of incense helps keep everyone relaxed. You work hard in your athletic gear so its worth buying high quality items that will last. The best thing about their clothing is that although it is athletic gear, it is sized like regular apparel (2,4,6, etc.). For me this makes for the clothes fitting great and making me feel even better wearing them!

Yes, the clothes at Lululemon are pretty expensive, but you can tell you are getting a high quality fabric on your clothes also. So to me it is worth the added expense. This store is in a great location, its nice to walk around after shopping here and theres a parking garage right near it. Staff has always been friendly to me also.

Yes its expensive. But its worth it in quality. This brand invests a lot in their culture, development of their people and their products. And, it shows. Ive brought back pants that I didnt end up liking and they exchanged them for another pair no questions asked.

Luluemon is a great quality athletic store. It has many colors and styles that you can chose from. It is great for any sport or activity. The layout of the store is great, and it is easy to find anything you need.
