My son has the now illegal Demarini CF Zen drop 10 bat. Demarini was zero help in this process. Yes, they offered a voucher to their website for a replacement bat but require that you first send the bat to them for processing before giving you the voucher. The whole process would take 2 weeks plus to get a new bat. Not acceptable in the middle of the season. I tried my local Dallas retailer that I bought the bat from. They were just as useless in offering any help. They didnt make the bat but I expected them to stand behind what they sold. Even letting us use a demo bat for 1-2 weeks wouldve been helpful. My last resort was calling Triple S which is over 100 miles away and not the original retailer. They stepped up and took care of me offering to hold a replacement bat and ship it to me free of charge. Total wait time about 3 days. And this is for a non-customer! Imagine what service they provide to paying customers. Im a Baylor grad and I will now time all my baseball shopping excursions when Im in Waco for BU games. Thank you Triple S Sports!

I called with a last minute need for baseball pants for our World Series. The person who answered the phone ( a girl - didnt get her name) was SO helpful! I explained my situation and she did everything she could to help me out - she checked their stock and when they didnt have them in stock - she called the manufacturer to check to see if we were able to get the items in time direct from them. I just got confirmation that my order will be delivered tomorrow with 2 days to spare! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service! I will be ordering from Triple S from now on!!

I ordered online and immediately got a confirmation and then nothing else. Radio silence. I finally had to call, since they didnt answer any emails to get information on my order. They were very nice on the phone, answered my questions, explained the reason for the delays and eventually got me my order delivered. Next time I will drive from Dallas to Waco to get what I want.

The best of the best..I only get my baseball/softball gear from here. Trip is the man and is always so helpful and kind to me. If youre not shopping at Triple S already, i would highly encourage you to do so.
