My granddaughter brought my grandson a pair of Jordan shoes for 59.99 ,got the wrong size,called and ask them about exchange for different size with no receipt,yes they said,long story short, did not have that shoe in a larger size,found a different shoe in his size,cheaper shoe 39.00 went to cashier ,would not exchange for this shoe would only alot her 31.00 on the 59.99 pair (also still had the 59.99 shoes for sale for 59.99 in the store) policy she said,no rip off I said ,walked out,said we would find the receipt, my granddaughter got upset with me,saying you dont every WIN going up against a large store as Nike,I told her no they would have taken that shoes that she returned put it back on the shelf and sold it for the 59.99 and made and extra 20.00 profit on that ,and she was still going to have to pay a extra 10.00 to get a cheaper shoe than what she had ,so she would of paid 69.99 for 39.00 pair of shoes.....am I the only one that sees this as just bad business?

Seemingly a large selection of shoes until you actually look for what you came for; theres definitely a lot of specific/specialty shoes, but not a lot for just your durable, gym/workout-type shoe. Moreover, the sales staff here is basically useless - Im not one to like being pestered constantly by salespeople trying to help you, but a slight effort wouldve been nice. More often than not it was like I was in THEIR way when I was walking around looking for shoes while they stood around talking amongst themselves. Classic case of a brick and mortar store experience that is severely lacking in customer service and will prompt me to not go back; Id rather take my chances online or go to a sporting goods store.

One staff member in particular, Klhoe, was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Not one smile or greeting. No eye contact, just absolute terrible customer service. Only thing she said was if I wanted the receipt in the bag, which she didnt even put in the bag when I said yes. I only bought one thing but I wont be coming back anytime soon. I suggest not wasting time or money and go to the Adidas store where they actually care about their customers.

Lots of choices at better prices than most outlet stores. Well stocked with plenty of sizes. I didnt care much that a staff member assumed that I was only looking for a "good deal" when getting me considering I had a pocket full of $ and was looking for shoes for both my son and I with no set budget in mind. Other than that, it was all good. There are shoes styles & colors here Ive never seen anywhere else, my son was in high heaven!

I love coming here purely for the hunt of rare gems. I came up on a lot of Jordans here for the low. Staff here is alright, whenever I ask if they have anything in the back alot of the time they dont even bother to check and just tell me its all out on the floor. I get a lot of my work out gear here too and stuff for my son. Aside from that, they always have a solid selection of shoes and apparel.

This place is great! I bought my son a pair of Air Jordans for $29 when the other shoe store in the same mall had the same shoe for $89. I also got myself a new pair of running shoes cheaper than what Academy would sell them at. I got 3 pairs of shoes and spent approx. $100. Thats a bargain!

The nike outlet in Hillsboro,tx way cheaper and had a better selection I dont know its because of Austin for the reason of you all items being so over priced I should have gone to the official nike store if I am going to pay this much never again I go back.

The discounts and selections are best by far. The staff went above and beyond to try and help me find what I needed. Every 6 minutes I was asked if I needed assistance. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
