Better then petsmart or petco. Very friendly and helpful staff. Animals healthier and calmer. They take better care of the animals, especially fish. The glass cages the small mammals are kept in are larger and cleaner. The bird cages are cleaner too. The tanks fish are kept in are clean and well maintained. Because they have better care, none of the fish seemed sick or lethargic. Unfortunately, because beta fish (except for female sorority) are solitary, they have to keep their betta fish in small cups. However, they order less betta fish so they get bought quicker. What really surprised me is they had a few extremely mellow betta fish. These mellow betta fish were kept in the tanks with the other fish. Larger variety of products. They keep their store better stocked on products. They also seem to know exactly how many fish to order, because Ive never seen them run out of a certain type of fish. Their warranty on pets is 72 hours. petco is 30 days, and petsmart is 14 days. this shows they take more pride in their animals health.

Great selection and outstanding customer service. Prices are right in line with the other guys. Weve started bringing our poodle mix for grooming and she loves it. They took over a property that had been vacant for many years, revitalizing a sad spot in the neighborhood. We werent sure at first but havent gone anywhere else since our first visit. I do wish they offered a refill on cat litter as those big plastic containers are such a waste. If thats the only thing to complain about they are doing pretty good.

My expirence here was amazing all the sales associates were very knowledgeable when it came to fish, small animals as well as pet food and so much more. What really stood out at this store was how well the fish and animals were taken care of I have been to petco and petsmart and was not happy with the fish setup or the health of the fish but this store was setup perfectly. If you want great service with very friendly knowledgeable sales associates this is the place to go. I recommend you ask for David

Great location and friendly helpful employees. Prices seem competitive. Store is clean and well organized. I really like having a pet store close to my house and supporting a smaller business as opposed to going to the big chain stores like Pet Smart and Petco. The only reason for 4 stars is the limited inventory and selection. The store is large and appears well stocked but once I start looking for particular items, I sometimes find they dont carry what I need. Still recommend trying this store.

On a recent Saturday night, we discovered a tick on one of our dogs. Horrors! I called Pet Supermarket just as the clock hit 8:59 p.m. -- one minute before closing. They answered the phone and agreed to postpone closing so I could come in and get some shampoo. They were kind, helpful and not at all upset by staying late to help me. Customers for life!

Service isnt the best. Dont plan on buying the animals here; Staff isnt knowledgeable. After planning on buying 3 birds, no one could catch them so they said sorry they cant catch them so they cant sell them to us - well thats the first. Good thing about this store is that its quite clean. Service from competitors way above this place

Dirty, literally. There is dust on all the items in their small animal section. And almost all the non-food packages in that section have been opened. Its more expensive than petsmart and petco. Extremely rude customer service associates. Also smells like dirty rodent bedding.

It has kind of a silly looking Dollar General sign, but its like the Natural Pet Store inside, has great selection on pets, big lizards, exotic parakeets, and much more! Crickets, not the greatest fish collection but lots of really pretty betas. Even Cats and kittens for sale!

Good selection of higher quality food products for cats and dogs at decent prices. Well organized store, well stocked. They also have small critters, birds and fish for sale. Low cost vet clinic on Sundays. Large variety of all pet needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, great customer service and super cheap pet products for good quality. You can tell the animals are very well taken care of and it is much cleaner than Petcos, Petsmart and Pet Supplies Plus. Staff is very knowledgeable as well.

Wont take return with tags after 30 days . They dont take care of the reptiles . Dead lizard in cage . Dead fish in tank . Rude manager . Cant keep good employees . I wont be back .
