We will never step foot in this Petsmart agin. Took our Scottie in for his haircut and when they briught him out did not recognoze him. Look noghing like a Scottie. I think the person that gavehim his haircut has never seen a Scottie. Took the essy way out and just cut all his hair of . Under his chin and stomach is cut completly off. Will take a very long time to get his Scottie look back. I waited a week to write this for still so upset on what they did to him. Will never never step foot in this store again. They are locsted off 75 and 380 in McKinney,Tx. Terrible. I paid for the cut but what a waste for I could have cut all his hair off. The never the wanted to re me his report card of how well he did when they knew I was upset and told them how bad at the time. Asked were my Scottie was and what did they do. Was not a happy customer in the grooming area. Terrible Terrible Store. Still upset

First time Ive been to this store. There was a fish tank with the pump off and half the fish dead and half at the surface desperately gasping for breath. Based on the cloudiness of the water, it had been like this for days. I asked an associate for help and she told me that the fish could still breathe air and that they were sick and that they were fine just like that. No $#!+ theyre sick, they are swimming amongst and breathing the fetid corpses of their tank mates. If you would have told me that you are just too lazy to transfer them to an isolation tank and given them antibiotic drops while you fixed the pump then that would have been believable. Her response was instead one of sheer irresponsibility. If this is how you treat your fish, what does this say to everyone about how you treat the rest of your animals? I was disgusted and will not return.

The groomers are TERRIBLE!!!! I recently brought my cat to this petsmart since they do grooming. At first I thought they were doig great then I come back and watch and she was LIFTING HIM BY HIS TAIL!!!!! He was screaming and meowing so loud I could here it from outside the grooming salon. They would also lift him by his neck skin and and drop/hit him on the table to try to calm him down. I wish I were able to record that animal cruelty. They are also cuts all over him now. So after that he freaked out (I dont blame him) and they said they could no long groom him, because he was not corporating. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not go there. Tears came in my eyes when I saw what they did to him.

I took my shepard mix there several months ago. As I dropped him off, I was worried because of the attitude of the staff towards him (no attempt to make him feel less scared, grabbed his leash abruptly) but when I came to pick him up, it was worse, I saw them working on other dogs as I waitied for my dog, they were grabbing their leashes and choking them when the dogs growled at them and yelling at the dogs in front of customers ( I worry about what they do NOT in front of customers). My dog has several razor burns that I had to take him to the vet for and get medication. He also would not come out of his kennel for a week. Do not traumitize your dog by taking him there!

I took my dog in for an emergency since my dog had ate rat poison the night before, I drove 30 mins to get to Petsmart. I arrived there around 9 am and they didnt want to see him, I let them know the situation and the lady told me to go asap to another location all the way in Lewisville because if I didnt get him in soon somewhere else my dog might die!!!!! The reason I went in was because it was an emergency and my dogs life was at risk!!! If other wise I wouldnt of cared if they could see him or not.....very disappointed I went to my local Vets office and they took me asap.

Nice store but the Blue representative needs to go. Every time I go with my pup she approaches me and constantly tries to stuff Blue products down my throat and makes my shopping experience feel like I am at a car dealership. I understand the need to upsell products but dont make the customer annoyed. Also, please dont pet my puppy and tell her "your owner isnt giving you much attention at home is he?". Completely rude and unprofessional. Started driving 5 miles out of the way to the 121/Custer location just to avoid this.

3/16/16 6:30 pm at the McKinney location off 75&380 . I walked in to buy ONE goldfish and the employee named DANA refused to let me have one gold fish unless I had prof of owning a 29 gallon tank . Why would anyone own 29 gallons of water in a a tank for 1 goldfish . She was rude and unpleasant I will be contacting corporate she saw I was upset and stood there laughing with her boyfriend I refuse to ever come here again I will drive the extra 15 mins to go to Plano and I will spread the word about this horrible place .

Extremely helpful staff. They were out of a particular health product that i use for my older cat They took the time to check their inventory and suppliers to see when they would get more in. When it became apparent that they werent going to get any more anytime soon, they checked other stores and located a store in the next city that had the product in stock. They made the extra effort to call the other store and had them hold it for me at the front registers.

Great staff, the building looks clean and nicely kept. The dog trainers are willing to help you if you have a question about training your dog. We gave our dog classes here and the classes helped to teach us on how to train our dog. We also have a 75 gallon fish tank. We have found the quality of fish at this store is wonderful. We don t have sick fish from them. I have found that the workers in their departments are educated in the location they are at.

3 because we had such good service with dog food and the welcome pack. We took our dog to get groomed and they dont ask for bordetella. Well, my dog got bordetella even with his vaccine. The cut wasnt the greatest. It was okay but they didnt catch up on the things we needed fixed up. But the service is great and the trainers are great!! Just didnt like the grooming section at all.

Went here to pick up something for my kitties and stopped in to see the kitties up for adoption. I was kind of dismayed to find two kitties had runny eyes and ones eye was crusty. One cats box smelled bad in the middle cage. All the kitties seemed so loveable and sweet though. Also one of the medications in store price differed than portrayed online .

This is a joke of a Petstore. Especially the fish department. Cant keep their medications stocked or anything. Their cichlid selection is atrocious. Havent had Red Devils for 5 months and OSCARS for 1 and a half months. Pathetic dont even b other used to be a half decent fish place but it is trash I have sent multiple emails and never got a reply back.
