The staff is extremely friendly. The pets are well taken care of and the facility is clean. I bought a Yorkie and it is the sweetest puppy I have every met. Without even asking, they provided me with all of his papers and information up front before I bought him. They do not hide anything, will answer all of your questions truthfully, and I can tell this Petland does not support puppy mills. The entire staff are avid dog lovers and owners. Their pets come from great breeders and they supply the breeder information to you as well. After purchasing my Yorkie, it comes with complimentary spay/neuter, first vet visit, microchip, nail clipping, bathing, and they even gave me a free crate for potty training! I loved my experience and I definitely recommend to anyone else looking for their new furry friend.

Petland Plano is a great Pet Store. The owner Lisa, and her daughters Kelsey & Mattie as well as Lauren are the most amazing, loving & caring people. We adopted a puppy back in June 2015. Pepper has grown into an awesome dog full of life & fun. We have taken Pepper to Petlands daycare facility for almost 4 month now and cannot say enough good things. The care is excellent. Pepper enjoys going on a daily basis and gets lots of TLC and exercise. If you are looking to adopt a pet or just need some good advice or great products, Petland Plano is the place to go. My husband & I took a week-long cruise in July, and wanted to find a good place to take care of our 13 year-old Schnauzner, Inky. He needed meds and meals at regular intervals, and Lisa and the whole staff at Petland Plano went above and beyond to see that his needs were met. They listened to what we told them, and saw to it without fail. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel confident that their pet is in good hands while theyre away!

Petland Plano works with A Different Breed Rescue to help with the rescues overflow of dogs. We rescued our puppy, Mia, from Petland. Lisa and Kelsy are always so sweet and so helpful. We took Mia there for boarding and she had a great experience. Even though its a drive for us, we also take Mia there to get her nails trimmed every month because she absolutely loves being there and loves seeing Lisa and Kelsy. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Petland has become my favorite place to shop for my dog Finn. Every time I go in, I am greeted by a very helpful staff! It is evident that the staff takes great ownership in their shop and wants to make sure that everyone is helped thoroughly. I especially appreciate Kelsea. She is so full of great information as well as a caring and kind attitude. On top of this, there are always amazing animals to see, hold, and observe. Wonderful place!

So friendly! I called them before their store opened, didnt even leave a voicemail, and they called me back! I then went to the store to get a muzzle, I got the wrong size, and they exchanged it with no problem. Also very welcoming to me and my 3 year old daughter who was running around so excited because of all the animals. All cages were very clean. Animals looked taken care of, and they are very organized with very good prices!

We adopted the sweetest cat from petland. The staff made the process very easy and enjoyable. Also they helped me get everything we would need and did not try to sell me a bunch of extras. They always have her food and litter in stock and they are so convenient to run in to get what we need. I am pretty sure we are a one cat family but if we wanted to adopt another cat we would definitely go to petland again.

Petland Plano is absolutely the best place ever. I have taken my dogs there for everything including boarding. I also adopted a wonderful dog from Lisa and Kelsey. The sweetest most considerate ladies in town. I dont know what I would do without them. Top quality all the way!!!! You will never be disappointed with their products or the care they give your animals.

I worked at this Petland when it first opened. I got to really see where the owners set the bar and was high. It was easy to feel good about working for Petland Plano, because I could see the high quality of care all of their animals receive. I havent been to this store since I moved to Austin 5 years ago, but obviously they are still doing things right.

This is a small store with limited shopping. We met an animal rescue place here to preview a possible puppy adoption. We ended up getting the dog and the store gave a 10% discount for supplies, which was nice, but they just didnt have much to choose from compared to the other big pet stores. They do have animals for purchase here as well.

Petland wont steer you wrong. The people are extremely nice and helpful. All animals seemed healthy and well taken care of. The store was very clean and organized and the staff answered all questions I had. We will never use another pet store after interacting with the staff there. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is THE BEST place for animal stuff!!! The daycare is amazing. The Staff treats EVERY animal like theirs!!! These employees DONT JUST GO TO WORK EVERYDAY. ..they LOVE TO WAKE UP to get to work! !! Petland Plano has the best choices of food, toys, kennels, ect. My family will not go anywhere else! !!!

I love pet land it a great place and i love how you can pet the animals and see which one is best for you! My families favorite animal is the medium sized bird thats colorful and my uncle called it mango so thats we decided to call it so every time we go there we always go to Mango to play with :)

I loved this place! Amazing customer service and really sweet people. I got my Boxer for free because he had a heart murmur. Everything was fine but he also ended up have a olyser on his left eye but got medication for less then $50 to fix his eye problem. Overall great place!

Ive boarded my rabbit here several times and have been very happy every time. The staff truly care about their animals and do everything possible to make sure they are happy and healthy. They even remember my rabbit by name. Highly recommend for small pet boarding.
