Went to purchase few dresses today. picked three dresses and decided to buy two, however, some how one suit that i wanted to buy was put back on the rack. When i made the payment i realized that the dress i wanted actually wasnt there, so i asked this Hussan Pari to give me that dress and take back that i paid for and refund me additional amount. The girl was ill mannered, start saying " I should have known of before buying" I said it is just that i am asking you to change the dress and refund me my $16.00. Hussan Pari thinks that standing on a clothing store she can be disrespectful to people. I asked the manger who also started to refer his store policy and later said i can have a $16.00 store credit. Horrible customer service by Hussan Pari and she needs to learn manners.

Worst service ever. I bought a Salwar kameez for eid. After trying out large size i asked the rep to pack me a fresh item. I opened it on Eid day and found out that he gave me small size instead of large. I took it back to store and the assistant manager there was like, since its 15 days we cant return it and me being upset he changed his mind. There is no refund or store credit policy. They dint had that item in stock so i had to get another one which was higher priced. Dont expect customer service at this place. They running their business in Pakistani style, even though the store is in US. Very frustrating.

The customer service sucks. All the employees are grouchy and you ask for anything in a pack they say thats the last piece. The girl was stuffing all my purchases in one bag without putting them in a cover. When I asked to pack them and give.in two separate bags, she gave us mean looks. Never going back. Please change your attitude before its too late.

So i bought a Kurta from them and as i left i thought to return it as I have one like that already hanging in my closet. Guess what after 5 mins I got back in store and they refused to return it. They said they can exchange it but they wont refund my amount. Not in any case ! Does that even make sense ?
